ՄԻՊ-ը հետևողական կլինի «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ապահովման գործում

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ նշելով, որ ՄԻՊ-ը հետևողական կլինի «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում երեխաների իրավունքների պատշաճ պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու գործում։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմից, հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «Տեղեկության հրապարակային աղբյուրներից 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 28-ինստացած տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի տնօրենը պարբերաբար սպառնալիքներ և անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ է հնչեցնում կրթահամալիրի սաների և սպաների հասցեին՝ վիրավորելով նրանց արժանապատվությունը: Նույն օրը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի որոշմամբ սկսվել է հարցիքննարկման ընթացակարգ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ:

Տեղի է ունեցելանհապաղ այց «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիր: Այցի ընթացքում Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնազրույցներ ունեցել կրթահամալիրի սաների հետ, հանդիպել կրթահամալիրի ղեկավարությանը, կատարել այլ համապատասխան ուսումնասիրություններ: Այցի ընթացքում բացահայտել են մտահոգիչ և անհետաձգելի միջամտություն պահանջող խնդիրներ: Կրթահամալիրի սաները առանձնազրույցների ընթացքում պնդել են իրենց նկատմամբ վատ վերաբերմունքը, որ հնչել է նաև հրապարակայնորեն: Բացահայտվել են նաև խնդիրներ, որոնք վերաբերում են կրթահամալիրի գործունեությունը կարգա վորող ակտերին, ինչպես նաև այդ հաստատությունում սովորողների նկատմամբ ներգործության միջոցներին ու դրանց կիրառության պրակտիկային:  

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հարցն անմիջապես քննարկել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի հետ և, քննարկման արդյունքներով պայմանավորված, նաև նախարարություն են ներկայացվել կրթահամալիրում արձանագրված խնդիրները՝ դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված առաջարկով:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կարևորում է այս հարցում ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքը և հետևողական կլինի «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում երեխաների իրավունքների պատշաճ պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու գործում:

Սույն հայտարարությամբ չեն հրապարակվում նկարագրված խնդիրների մանրամասները՝ հաշվի առնելով երեխաների լավագույն շահը, ինչպես նաև հարցի քննարկման ընթացակարգի իրավական պահանջը»:
