«Մարիլա» և «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերությունների արտադրանքն անվտանգ է

 ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետի հրամանով՝ ստուգումներ են իրականացվում մսամթերք արտադրող «Հայր և որդի Սարգսյաններ»  և «Երեմկա»  սահմանափակ պատասխանատվության ընկերություններում, որոնց ընթացքում երկու ընկերություններում էլ արձանագրվել են սննդամթերքի հիգիենային ներկայացվող պահանջների խախտումներ : Բացահայտվել են նաև անձնակազմի հիգիենային ներկայացվող պահանջների խախտումներ:  Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ղեկավարվելով «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական վերահսկողության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 25-րդ հոդվածի` արտադրության կամ վերամշակման փուլերում սննդամթերքի հիգիենային ներկայացվող և արտադրության սանիտարահիգիենիկ պահանջների խախտում կամ անհամապատասխանություն հայտնաբերելու դեպքում անմիջապես արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցնելու մասին դրույթով՝ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի որոշումներով կասեցվել է «Հայր և որդի Սարգսյաններ» և «Երեմկա» ընկերությունների արտադրական գործունեու թյունը: Կասեցվել է նաև արտադրամասերում առկա պատրաստի արտադրանքի խմբաքանակների իրացումը: Միաժամանակ, կատարվել է նմուշառում և ուղարկվել լաբորատոր փորձաքննության: Երկու տնտեսավարողներին տրվել են  հանձնարարականներ և սահմանվել է ժամկետ՝ մինչև 2017 թվականի հունվարի 27-ը խախտումը, անհամապատասխանությունը կամ վտանգի աղբյուրը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ:

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը  դիտարկումներ է իրականացրել նաև մսամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ութ խոշոր՝ «Մուշ», «Բեկոն պրոդուկտ», «Նատֆուդ», «Աթենք», «Մարիլա», «Բարի Սամարացի», «Բաբիկ-90» և «Նատալի Ֆարմ» տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներում, որոնցում անհամապատասխանություններ չեն արձանագրվել: Շեղումներ չեն գրանցվել նաև պետական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում իրականացված լաբորատոր փորձաքննությունների արդյունքներով: Դիտարկումների շրջանակներում Ծառայության մասնագետներ ի կողմից տնտեսավարողներին տրվել է մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն, իրականացվել է սննդի շղթայի խորը ուսումնասիրություն՝ հնարավոր  վտանգի աղբյուրները հայտնաբերելու և  բացառելու համար:

Նախորդ շաբաթ հայտարարվել էր, որ «Մարիլա» ՍՊԸ-ի 08.11.2016 թվականի արտադրության «Բարձր կարգի» բժշկական եփած երշիկում և «Բարի Սամարացի» ՍՊԸ-ի 15.11.2016 թվականի արտադրության «Կլասիկ» բժշկական եփած երշիկում արձանագրվել է մանրէաբանական շեղումներ՝ ՄԱՖԱՄ (մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ և ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ) ցուցանիշով, որը, լինելով անվտանգության ցուցանիշ, առաջին հերթին հանդիսանում է սանիտարահիգիենիկ ցուցիչ: «Մարիլա» և «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերությունները, որպես բարեխիղճ արտադրողներ, իրականացրել են շեղումով խմբաքանակի հետ կանչը շուկայից, Ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր գործողությունները անհամապատասխանությունների հավանական աղբյուրի բացահայտման և հավանական ռիսկերի՝ անգամ ոչ էական բացթողումների, բացառման ուղղությամբ: «Մարիլա» և «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերությունների արտադրանքից լաբորատոր փորձաքննության ներկայացված խմբաքանակների նմուշներում ևս անհամապատասխանություններ չեն արձանագրվել. արտադրանքը համապատասախանում է Մաքսային Միության  ТР ТС 034/2013 և ТР ТС 021/2011 տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերով  սահմանված պահա նջներին: Այս երկու արտադրողների՝ իրացման ցանցում առկա արտադրանքը բավարարում է սննդամթերքի անվտանգությանը ներկայացվող պահանջներին:
