-Կոնկրետ իմ ղեկավարը շատ դրական է վերաբերվում, երբ երիտասարդ կադրերն, այսպես ասած, իր աչքի առջև աճում են: Նա դա համարում է իր, համակարգի և ամբողջ նախարարության հաջողությունը: Խանդի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող, քանի որ նա գտնում է, որ ոլորտը պետք է ներկայացնի այն մարդը, ով ընդունված է ժողովրդի կողմից, հարգանք և իր տված տեղեկատվության նկատմամբ հավատ է ներշնչում մարդկանց: Այսքան տարիների ընթացքում իմ ղեկավարների կողմից զգացել եմ միայն դրական վերաբերմունք, ինձ անընդհատ առաջ մղելու ցանկություն: Մենք՝ ես և իմ ղեկավար պարոն Վարդանյանը ( խմբ. ԱԻՆ Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մթնոլորտային երևույթների վրա ակտիվ ներգործության ծառայության տնօրեն Լևոն Վարդանյան), միասին աշխատում ենք արդեն 15 տարի:
 
-Կարո՞ղ եք բացատրել ինչպես էր լինում, որ ընդդիմության մեծ հանրահավաքների ժամանակ միշտ առատ տեղումներ էին լինում:
 
-Երևի ընդդիմադիրները բախտ չունեն, որովհետև այլ կերպ չեմ կարող բացատրել այդ երևույթը (ծիծաղում է): Երևի զուգադիպել է: Անկեղծ ասած, ես այդպիսի վիճակագրություն չեմ էլ անցկացրել, որ պարզեմ` ընդդիմադիրների հավաքների ժամանակ տեղումներ լինո՞ւմ են թե ոչ, ուղղակի մարդիկ նկատել են, և ես սկսեցի ուշադրություն դարձնել դրան, երբ սկսեցին խոսել այդ մասին:
