Guardian. ԱՄՆ-ն թույլ չի տա, որ նավթի գինն անցնի 60 դոլարից

Նավթի գների նոր վերին շեմը կլինի 60 դոլարը՝ մեկ բարելի դիմաց: Այս մասին բրիտանական Guardian-ում հրապարակված հոդվածում գրել է վերլուծաբան Քեթի Ալենը:

Անցյալ շաբաթ Վիեննայում կայացած հանդիպմանը Սաուդյան Արաբիան եւ ՕՊԵԿ-ի անդամ մյուս երկրները վերջապես համաձայնեցին կրճատել նավթի արդյունահանումը:

Այս որոշմանը հասնելը դյուրին եղավ հիմա, երբ սկսեց պարզ դառնալ, որ գների վերականգնել հնարավոր չէ: Դրան համաձայնեց նաեւ ՕՊԵԿ-ում չներառված կարեւոր նավթ արդյունահանող Ռուսաստանը:

2016 թվականի հունվարին նավթի Brent տեսակի գինն ընկավ՝ հասնելով մեկ բարելիը 27 դոլարի: Արեւմտյան առաջնորդները 1990-ականների տնտեսական բումի սպասելիքներ ունեին, որը հենվում էր էժան նավթի վրա: Բայց այդ ակնկալիքները չարդարացան. գները հասան 45-50 դոլարի մակարդակի:

Սակայն ՕՊԵԿ-ի անդամ երկրները, որոնք արդյունահանում են համաշխարհային նավթի շուրջ մեկ երրորդը, ուզում էին նորից բարձրացնել գները, այդ պատճառով համաձայնեցին 4%-ով կամ օրական 1.2 մլն բարելով կրճատել նավթի արդյունահանումը:

Բայց փորձագետներից քչերն են ակնկալում, որ նավթի գինը նախկինի պես 100 դոլար եւ ավելի կլինի: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ առավելագույն գինը 60 դոլարը կլինի: Քանի որ, ըստ վերլուծաբանի, ամերիկացիները կրկին կբացեն ծորակներն իրենց նավթի հանքերում:
