ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության  նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ընդունել է  Հնդկաստանի  արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սանգվան Յոգեշվարիին: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ հայ-հնդկական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, որոնք դարերի պատմություն ունեն, մեր երկրի համար կարևորվում են հատկապես` կրթամշակութային ոլորտում: Այդ համատեքստում` Լևոն Մկրտչյանը կարևորել է համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու խորացմանն  ուղղված գործնական քայլերի իրականացումը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում հիմնականում զրույցը  ծավալվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև` բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության  որակավորումների փոխադարձ ճանաչման մասին» համաձայնագրի նախագծի շուրջ: Համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է  բարձրագույն կրթության համակարգում, ինչպես նաև հետազոտական հաստատությունների միջև ուղիղ կապերի հաստատում և  զարգացում, ուսանողների, հետազոտողների փոխանակումներ` միմյանց կրթական և գիտական փորձառության փոխճանաչում: Համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի երկու կողմերի միջև փորձի փոխանակմանը, կօժանդակի դասընթացների, գիտաժողովների  կազմակերպմանը, կխթանի համատեղ նախագծերի մշակմանը ու իրականացմանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով կրթության ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության  առնչությամբ` դեսպան Սանգվան Յոգեշվարին հույս է հայտնել, որ այդ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը նոր թափ կհաղորդի կրթության ոլորտում երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը և զարգացմանը:
