Հայաստանում արևային պանելների ներդրման համար պետությունը ստեղծել է բոլոր հնարավոր պայմանները: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցով օնլայն հեռարձակման ընթացքում ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ արևային պանելներ տեղադրելով՝ բնակիչը կարող է ոչ միայն իր սպառման էներգիան ապահովել, այլև լրացուցիչը վաճառել:

«Այս դեպքում Էլեկտրական ցանցերը ծառայում են որպես մարտկոց: Եթե ամսվա կտրվածքով դուք ձեր սպառման ծավալից ավելի էլեկտրաէներգիա եք արտադրել, ապա կարող եք վաճառել այն էլեկտրական ցանցերին: Ցանցը ձեզ կվճարի օրենքով ֆիքսված սակագնի 50 տոկոսի չափով: Այս գործընթացն ազատել ենք բոլոր տեսակի հարկերից, լիցենզիաներից: Այնպես որ, գործընթացը պարզեցված է»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ստեղծված են այնպիսի պայմաններ, որ միանգամից մեծ ներդրումներ անելու կարիք չլինի: Հայաստանյան բանկերում առաջարկվում են այդ նպատակով հատուկ վարկե ր:  

«Այնպես որ, եթե կա ցանկություն, ապա կարող եք դիմել արևային պանելներ առաջարկող ընկերություններին, որոնք մի քանիսն են: Նրանք առաջարկում են տարբեր գներ` կապված ապրանքի որակից, հզորությունից: Արևային պանելներն ունենալուց հետո դիմում եք ՀԷՑ-ին: Ի դեպ, իրենք ունեն օրինակելի պայմանագրի ձև, որով է գործընթացն արագ կկազմակերպվի»,-ասաց նա:

Հայկ Հարությունյանը հորդորեց, խնդիր լինելու դեպքում անպայման դիմել նախարարության «թեժ գծով»: Քանի որ սա նոր գործընթաց է, հետևաբար նախարարի տեղակալը  չբացառեց, որ էլեկտական ցանցերի որոշ աշխատակիցներ տեղյակ չլինեն դրանից: Նման դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է դիմել նախարարություն, Հայկ Հարությունյանը վստահեցնում է, որ բոլոր հարցերին արագ լուծում կտրվի:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մինչև 1 ՄգՎտ հզորությամբ կայանների կառուցմանը, ապա Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ այս դեպքում ևս պարզեցված ընթացակարգեր են: Ավելին, պետությունը պարտավորվում է 20 տարի գնել արևային, հողմային կայանների արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիան: Գինը սահմանված է 42 դրամ, սակայն կարող է լինել փոփոխական:  Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ ներդումների համար բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պայմանները ստեղծված են, երաշխիքը կա, տարածքները կան:
