Գեղարքունիքում փորձում են խստորեն հսկել ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելքի հրամանի կատարումը

 Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանի մոտ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին քննարկվեց Սեւանա լճում 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-25-ը եւ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 6-25-ը ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելման մասին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի հրամանի եւ դրանից բխող միջոցառումների կատարման ընթացքը:  Արմենպրեսի տեղեկացմամբ՝ քննարկմանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական տեսչության պետի տեղակալ Իգոր Սարգսյանը, ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վազգեն Կիրակոսյանը եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Համբարձում Համբարձումյանը:

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական տեսչության պետի տեղակալի ներկայացմամբ՝ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից, համաձայն ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի կողմից ստորագրված միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցի, կատարվել են համապատասխան ուսումնասիրություններ եւ աշխատանքներ, ստեղծվել են հսկիչ կետեր, կազմակերպվել ստուգայցեր, որոշ տարածքներից դուրս են բերվել որսագործիքներ եւ լողամիջոցներ, սակայն միջոցառումների ծրագիր-ժամանակացույցն ամբողջությամբ իրականացնելու համար դեռեւս մնում են որոշակի անելիքներ:

«Միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցով նախատեսված էր մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 1-ը լճից դուրս բերել բոլոր լողամիջոցներն ու որսագործիքները, բայց դրանք չեն հանվել դեկտեմբերի առաջին օրերին գրանցված փոթորիկների պատճառով: Այսօր միջոցներ կձեռնարկվեն՝ բոլոր որսագործիքներն ու լողամիջոցները ամբողջությամբ դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ:ՀՀ Բնապահպանության նախարարության, ՀՀ Ոստիկանության եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից ձկնորսների հետ տանում ենք բացատրակա ն աշխատանք՝ ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելքի հրամանն ամբողջովին կատարելու ուղղությամբ»,-ներկայացրեց Իգոր Սարգսյանը:

Լսելով բոլոր կողմերի զեկուցումները եւ առաջարկությունները՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը առաջարկեց՝ բացատրական աշխատանքի միջոցով ապահովել ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի հրամանի եւ նրանից բխող միջոցառումների բոլոր կետերի անթերի կատարումը, խիստ վերահսկողություն սահմանել լճի վրա, Սեւանի տեղածին ձկնատեսակների  ձվադրավայրեր հանդիսացող գետերում, ձկնավաճառ կետերում, շուկաներում, դեպի լիճ տանող գլխավոր ճանապարհներին, ամենօրյա համատեղ ստուգայցերի արդյունքները հրապարակել զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով:

«Կարծում եմ, որ պետք է խիստ հսկողություն սահմանել լճի վրա, որ բացառվի  ձկնորսների մուտքը լիճ, ինչը միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցով վերապահված է «Սեւան» ազգային պարկին: Հարկավոր է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը, որպեսզի կատարվեն հրամանի բոլոր կետերն ու պահանջները: Մեր ամենօրյա  ուշադրության կենտրոնում կգտնվի միջոցառումների իրականացման ընթացքը: Բոլորս հավասարապես պատասխանատու ենք օրենքի կատարման համար, որը տվյալ դեպքում ես կհամարեի ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր: Մեր պետությունը միլիարդներ է ծախսել, որ Սեւանա լճում վերականգ նի ձկան արդյունագործական պաշարները, մինչդեռ ձվադրության շրջանում սահմանված ձկան որսի արգելքի հստակ կատարման դեպքում մենք կունենանք սպասվածից ավելի շատ արդյունք՝ նպաստելով բնական ճանապարհով Սեւանի ձկնաշխարհի պաշարների վերականգնմանը եւ վերարտադրությանը: Ստուգայցերի արդյունքում հայտնաբերված ցանկացած խախտման դեպք մենք կդարձնենք հրապարակային քննության առարկա»,-շեշտեց մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
