ԼՂՀ Աժ հանձնաժողովներում կայացել են 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի ոլորտային քննարկումներ

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի  հարցերի ու ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստը, որը վարել են հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ Արմեն Սարգսյանը և Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը:

Նիստի օրակարգում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքի նախագծում նախատեսված գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի ոլորտների ֆինանսավորման հարցերն էին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, ԼՂՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարության 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծով բյուջետային և ծրագրային ֆինանսավորման մասին զեկույց է ներկայացրել մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Նարինե Աղաբալյանը:

2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծով ոլորտի համար նախատեսված հատկացումները կազմում են 1մլրդ 971մլն 63հազար դրամ, ինչը 2մլն 454 հազար դրամով նվազել է 2016թ.-ի պետական բյուջեի համեմատ:

Գիտության, կրթության և սպորտի նախարար Սլավա Ասրյանը ներկայացրել է իր ղեկավարած ոլորտների 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված ծախսերը:

Կրթության ոլորտի ծախսերը 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծով 14 մլրդ 495 մլն 394 հազար դրամ: 2016թ.-ի պետական բյուջեի համապատասխան ցուցանիշի նկատմամբ ծախսերի աճը կազմում է 554.1մլն դրամ:

Հանգստի և սպորտի համար գալիք տարում նախատեսվում է 276 մլն 64 հազար դրամ,  2016թվականի՝ 273մլն 778հազ դրամի դիմաց:

Նիստի ընթացքում պատգամավորները ոլորտային ծախսերի մասին հարցեր և առաջարկություններ են ներկայացրել գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին:  

Համատեղ նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը և փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը:
