ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իր թիմը ընտրելուց վերցրել է մարդկանց, ում բարոյական կերպարին վստահ է և համոզված է, որ պաշտոնը չեն օգտագործի անձնական հարստացման ու իրենց բիզնեսը լոբբինգ անելու համար:

Նման հայտարարությամբ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

«Աչքը կշտանալու հատկությունը փողի քանակից ու դրամապանակի հաստությունից չէ: Գիտեմ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ, ովքեր այդ առումով բավականին կուշտ են, եթե այսպես չլինի, ապա ես առաջինը հենց կնախատեմ և դրա դիմացը կառնեմ:

Իրականում մենք բարեփոխումներ անելու ժամանակ խնդիր ենք ունենալու` ինչպես ենք պետական համակարգը փոխելու, որպեսզի մոտիվացնենք  և լավ մասնագետների ներգրավենք, որպեսզի իրենց համար հետաքրքիր լինի թե՛ պրոֆեսիոնալ աճի առումով, թե՛ կենցաղային- ընտանեկան առումներով, քանի որ հիմա դա լավագույն տեղը չէ»,- նշեց կառավարության ղեկ ավարը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանն իր թիմը ձևավորելիս ընտրել է մարդկանց, ովքեր իր հետ ճանապարհ են անցել:

«Ինչպե՞ս եք պատկերացնում, որ թիմը ընտրեմ: Ես բավականին դժվարություններ եմ ունեցել: Կան մարդիկ, ում ես ավանսով եմ նշանակել, քանի որ, ցավոք, այդ պահին ավելի լավ թեկնածու չեմ ունեցել:

Պետք է ֆիքսենք, որ մեր կադրերի պահեստն այդքան էլ մեծ չէ»,- ամփոփեց գործադիրի ղեկավարը:
