Ուսանողներին զինվորական ծառայությունից տարեկետում տրամադրելու կարգում այս տարի փոփոխություններ չեն արվի, քանի որ նման փոփոխությունները կատարվում են մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամիս: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: «Դուք գիտեք, որ մենք ունենք օրենք, որը շատ լավ ապահովագրում է: Այսինքն, մինչև դեկտեմբեր մենք հրապարակում ենք մասնակիցների ցանկը, որպեսզի երեխաների համար կանխատեսելի լինի»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մկրտչյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այդ հարցը մեծ մասով արդեն կարելի է լուծված համարել, քանի որ ուսանողների մեծ մասը զորակոչվում են բանակ: «Խոսքը միայն ամեն տարի 600-800 ուսանողի մասին է, որ չեն զորակոչվում: Պատկերացրեք նույն կուրսում գալիս են երիտասարդները, օրինակ, 15 երիտասարդից  10-ը զորակոչվում է, 5-ը չի զորակոչվում: Ինչո՞ւ չի զորակոչվում, որովհետև քննությունների ժամանակ կես միավորի տարբերություն է եղել: Այսինքն, այս հիմնախնդիրը շատ վատ մթնոլորտ է ստեղծում մեր համալսարաններում: Այստեղ հարկավոր է կոմպլեքս լուծում գտնել»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Հարցին՝ փոփոխությունները բացասական ազդեցություն չե՞ն ունենա գիտության վրա, նախարարը պարզաբանեց, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է բակալավրիական կրթությանը: «Եթե բակալավրիատում այս խնդիրը կարգավորվեց, երիտասարդը կգնա, կծառայի, հետ կգա և կշարունակի իր կրթությունը մագիստրատուրայում և ասպիրանտուրայում: Ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ, որ շատ երիտասարդներ զինվորական ծառայությունից հետո շարունակում են իրենց ուսումը մագիստրատուրայում և ասպիրանտուրայում»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ կան մասնագիտություններ, որտեղ տարեկետումը պետք է հասցեական լինի: «Կան բնագիտական ուղղություններ, որտեղ մեկ կամ երկու տարով կտրվելը կարող է բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ: Խոսքը հատկապես միջուկային ֆիզիկայի բնագավառի մասին է: Այստեղ է, որ մենք պետք է բացառություններ անենք»,- նշեց նա:

Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդգծեց, որ այդ խնդրին էլ կարելի է լուծում տալ, եթե աշխատի ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրը: Այդ նույն երիտասարդները կարող են զորակոչվել և չկտրվել ուսումից: «Մենք լուծումներ ունենք: Եթե մենք գիտակրթական հատվածից ենք խոսում, կան մասնագիտություններ, որտեղ երիտասարդները պետք է անընդհատ սովորեն և բարելավեն իրենց մասնագիտական որակները»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
