Ավարտվող քաղաքական աշունը գործնական ռելսերի վրա դրեց Հայաստանում բարեփոխումները հանրային կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում, որի սկիզբն ազդարարվել էր սույն թվականի փետրվարի 12-ին Նախագահի հայեցակարգային ելույթով: Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարությունների ժամին այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

«Քաղաքական աշունը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քաղաքական ծրագրային օրակարգի միակ նախաձեռնողը Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն  է, որ  ներքաղաքական բարեփոխումների միակ նախաձեռնողը և լոկոմոտիվը Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն է,  ինչն   արտահայտվեց նաև կուսակցության համագումարի ժամանակ հանրապետության նախագահի ծրագրային ելույթում»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ նախագահի ելույթում խոսք է գնացել մի շարք կարևոր սկզբունքների մասին, իսկ սկզբունքների սկզբունքը ազգային գաղափարախոսության հայտարարումն էր:

«Ուժեղ Հայաստանի, ուժեղ, որտեղ չկա ներքին թշնամանք, որտեղ կա ազատ մրցակցություն. Որտեղ պետք է լինի արդարություն, որտեղ չպետք է լինի այնպիսի ախտը, ինչպիսին է կոռուպցիան և ամենակարևորը՝ ուժեղ Հայաստան, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր հայ իր ներուժը պետք է ներդնի հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հզորացման: Մեր փոխարեն մեր խնդիրները որևէ մեկը չի լուծելու»,- ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
