Իգնատի Առաքելյանը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ծրագրերը կենտրոնացնելու անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Գագիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալներ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, Աշոտ Հարությունյանը, «Գյուղական տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացման-ԾԻԳ&ra quo; ՊՀ, Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման միջազգային հիմնադրամի (IFAD), Գյուղական տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացման հիմնադրամի (FREDA), «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի և այլ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում տարբեր գերատեսչությունների և միջազգային կառույցների կողմից այսօր իրականացվում են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, որոնք հարկավոր է կենտրոնացնել առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար:

Այս խորհրդակցության նպատակն է քննարկել այդ ծրագրերի կենտրոնացման և համակարգման հնարավորությունը: Մարզային այցերի ընթացքում ստանում ենք առաջարկություններ, որոնք հարկավոր է համակարգել և շահառուներին ուղղորդել, թե այն որ կազմակերպությանը պետք է ներկայացնել»,- նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, միաժամանակ նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ տարբեր գերատեսչությունների ու կազմակերպությունների ուժերի կոնսոլիդացման և համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել ավելորդ խոչընդոտներից և ապահովել ծրագրերի բարեհաջող ընթացքը:

Քննարկումների արդյունքում Իգնատի Առաքելյանն առաջարկել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանին վերապահել  գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ծրագրերի համակարգման իրավասությունը:

Նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ֆերմերների համար առավել հասանելի և մատչելի դարձնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է հրապարակել նախարարության կայքում:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ընթացիկ և  նախատեսվող ծրագրերին, քննարկվել են պետական գերատեսչությունների միջև համագործակցության սերտացմանն ու համատեղ գործունեությանն առնչվող հարցեր:
