«Բաց դասին» ԱԺ նախագահի հյուրերը ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողներն էին

ՀՀ ԱԺ «Բաց դաս» ծրագրի շրջանակում խորհրդարան էին այցելել Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողներն ու դասախոսները։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ապագա իրավաբանները նախ հետեւել են ԱԺ աշնանային նստաշրջանի վերջին քառօրյա նիստերի աշխատանքին, ծանոթացել խորհրդարանական առօրյային։

«Բաց դասը» վարել է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը։

Ջերմ ու անկաշկանդ զրույցի ընթացքում ուսանողները բարձրացրել են հարցեր, որոնք հիմնականում առնչվել են բարեփոխված ՀՀ Սահմանադրության որոշ դրույթների, աղետի գոտու վերականգնման աշխատանքներին, բանակաշինությանը, կրթությանը եւ երիտասարդությանը հուզող բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրների։

ԱԺ նախագահը սիրով պատասխանել է բարձրացված բոլոր հարցերին, հանգամանալի անդրադարձել յուրաքանչյուր խնդրի, տվել համակողմանի պարզաբանումներ։

Գալուստ Սահակյանը կարեւորել է իրավաբանների դերը իրավական պետության ստեղծման ճանապարհին՝ նշելով, որ բարեփոխված ՀՀ Սահմանադրության դրույթները կյանքի կոչելու, ինչպես նաեւ իրավագիտության ոլորտը միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելու համար մեր երկրին անհրաժեշտ են բարձրակարգ իրավաբաններ։

«Ես ցանկանում եմ, որ դուք դառնաք մեր հասարակության եւ պետության համար լավագույն իրավաբան-մասնագետներ, քանի որ բանիմաց, կիրթ ու ուսյալ երիտասարդությունն է մեր ապագան»,- նշել է ԱԺ նախագահը։

Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաեւ ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակից ուսանողները, ովքեր քառօրյա հերոսական մարտերի ընթացքում խոցել էին թշնամու տանկերն ու ուղղաթիռը եւ իրենց հերոսությամբ նպաստել մեր հերթական հաղթանակին։

ԱԺ նախագահը, կարեւորելով երիտասարդության դերն ու նշանակությունը մեր երկրի սահմանների եւ Արցախի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործում, իր խորին երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել նրանց եւ նշել.-«Մեր ժողովուրդը հպարտանում է, որ ունի ձեր նման զավակներ»։

Ուսանողների խնդրանքով ադրադառնալով պաշտպանության ոլորտի խնդիրներին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ դրանք գտնվում են ՀՀ Նախագահի, օրենսդիր եւ գործադիր իշխանությունների ամենօրյա ուշադրության ու հսկողության ներքո եւ ամեն ինչ արվում է դրանց լուծումներ տալու համար։

Ավանդույթի համաձայն, հանդիպման ավարտին ուսանողներն ու դասախոսները նիստերի դահլիճում լուսանկարվել են ԱԺ նախագահի հետ։
