 Գերմանիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Ֆրանկ Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը եւ Սերգեյ Լավրովը Համբուրգում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկել են Հալեպի իրադրությունը: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը, հայտնել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին՝ վկայակոչելով Գերմանիայի պատվիրակության մի աղբյուրի:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Լավրովի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել են «հրատապ հարցեր, ամենից առաջ Սիրիայի եւ Հալեպի իրադրությունը, նաեւ Եվրոպայի անվտանգության, կայունության եւ խաղաղության հիմնական հարցերը»: Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ զրույցը եղել Է «երկար ու լուրջ»: 

Ինչպես հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Գերմանիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ներկայացուցչին, Շտայնմայերը Լավրովի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել Է Հալեպում անհապաղ հրադադարի, հումանիտար մուտքի ապահովման եւ քաղաքական երկխոսության վերսկսման անհրաժեշտության մասին:

Նաեւ Լավրովը Հալեպի իրադրությունը քննարկել Է ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի հետ: «Նրանք արծարծել են Հալեպում հրադադարի հասնելու եւ Սիրիայում տասնյակ հազարավոր անձանց մարդասիրական օգնություն հասցնելու բազմակողմանի ջանքերը, որոնք դրա կարիքն ունեն»,- հայտարարել Է Պետդեպարտամենտի ներկայացուցիչ Ջոն Քիրբին:  

Քերիի հետ Հռոմում կայացած նախորդ հանդիպման ընթացքում պետքարտուղարը Լավրովին Է հանձնել Հալեպի իրադրության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Վաշինգտոնի նոր առաջարկությունները, որոնք, ՌԴ-ի ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ համընկնում են այդ հիմնախնդրի նկատմամբ ռուսական մոտեցումներին:
