Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը միգուցե և փակուղում է, սակայն դրա մեղավորը ԵԱՀԿ-ն կամ ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը չէ:

Նման հայտարարությամբ Համբուրգում ընթացող ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական հանդիպման շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հանդես է եկել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը:

«Չեմ ցանկանում որևէ մեկին ուղղակի մատնանշել, սակայն խնդիրը նրանց մեջ է, ովքեր այդ հակամարտությունը վերսկսել էին այս տարվա ապրիլին, ինչն էլ բերեց մի իրավիճակի, որն ուղղակիորեն ազդեց բազմաթիվ մարդկանց վրա:

Այս տարվա ապրիլին մենք նշանակալի հետընթաց ունեցանք, իսկ եթե չհաջողացնեինք տեղում իրավիճակի լարվածությունը թուլացնել, ապա ռազմական հակամարտությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կվերսկսվեր:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է կողմերին՝ Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը, ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ մենք կարողացել ենք թուլացնել լարվածությունը տեղում և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հիմա աշխատում են բանակցությունների վերսկսման ուղղությամբ»,- ընդգծել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահը:

Շտայնմայերը շեշտել է, որ ապրիլյան իրադարձություններից հետո բանակցությունների կազմակերպման հարցը չի հեշտացել: 

«Ես կնախընտրեի, որ հակամարտության կողմերն ավելի բաց և փոխզիջման պատրաստ լինեն, սակայն մենք չենք կարող պարտադրել նրանց դա անել:

Մենք միայն կարող ենք հող նախապատրաստել: Այդ պատճառով էլ նշեցի ԵԱՀԿ կենտրոնական կարևորությունը, սակայն ի վերջո պետք է ունենալ կողմերի ցանկությունն ու կամքն իրենցից հասանելիքն իրականացնել:

Հակամարտության կողմերի կամքին հակառակ՝ ԵԱՀԿ չի կարող կայություն բերել»,- ամփոփել է Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը: Համբուրգում շարունակվում է ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական համաժողովը: Կազմակերպությունում նախագահությունը Գերմանիայից անցնում է Ավստրիային:
