Ծովի մակարդակից 2020 մետր բարձրության վրա գտնվող  Հառիճի գյուղի դպրոցը վերջապես մարզադահլիճ ունի:

Շուրջ երեք տասնամյակ դպրոցի աշակերտները ֆիզկուլտուրայի պարապմունքների համար որևէ հնարավորություն չեն ունեցել: Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի միջոցներով այս տարվա մարտից  դպրոցին կից  մեկնարկել էին նոր մարզադահլիճի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Ինչպես շատ ծրագրեր, այս մեկը ևս իր մեջ ներառել է  համայնքի ներդրում՝ որոշակի չափով: Մարզադահլիճի կառուցման համար հատկացվել է 102 մլն դրամ, որից 7մլն դրամը  համայնքի մասնակցության չափն է եղել: Մարզադահլիճի բացումը տեղի ունեցավ դեկտեմբերիր 8-ին՝ մարզային իշխանությունների և Հայա ստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի  ներկայացուցիչների, տարածաշրջանի համայնքապետերի ներկայությամբ:

«Ուրախալի է, որ այսուհետ Հառիճի դպրոցականները« ինչպես նաև ազգաբնաչությունը մարզադահլիճից օգտվելու հնարավորություն կունենան« առողջ ապրելակերպի ու սպորտի զարգացման համար այս ձեռնարկն իսկապես ողջունելի է»,- մարզադահլիճի հանդիսավոր բացման ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը:

Մարզադահլիճի տանիքը քառալանջ է, քարե պատերի արտաքին կողմն էլ` ջերմամեկուսացված: Մարզադահլիճին կից կառուցվել է օժանդակ մասնաշենք` հանդերձարաններով, սանհանգույցներով, մարզագույքի  համար նախատեսված պահեստով: Մարզադահլիճն ունի ջեռուցման համակարգ: Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամը իրականացրել է նաև մայթերի սալապատում, ասֆալտապատել է  տարածքի 516 քառակուսի  մետր մակերեսը:

Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամը Շիրակի մարզում իրականացնում է 11 ծրագիր, այդ թվում  Վարդաքարի և Կրասարի դպրոցների կառուցման աշխատանքները, մանկապարտեզների նորոգման ու կառուցման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում Գյումրի, Այգաբաց, Ոսկեհասկ, Սպանդարյան համայնքներում և այլն, ընդհանուր առմամբ 1մլրդ 427մլն դրամի աշխատանք:
