ԵԱՀԿ անդամ պետությունների արտգործնախարարների 23-րդ խորհրդի շրջանակներում արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Համբուրգում դեկտեմբերի 8-ին հանդիպեց Էստոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սվեն Միկսերի հետ: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Հանդիպման սկզբում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը շնորհավորեց Սվեն Միկսերին` Էստոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնեց, որ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ նոր լիցք կհաղորդվի երկկողմ փոխգործակցությանը: 

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը գոհունակություն հայտնեց Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության դրական դինամիկայով` շեշտելով, որ Հայաստանը հետաքրքրված է զարգացնելու և ամրապնդելու հայ-էստոնական հարաբերությունները: Որպես կարևոր քայլ այս ուղղությամբ նշվեց իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն նոր իրավական հիմքի շուրջ բանակցությունների ընթացքին, շեշտվեց մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկի կարևորությունը։ 

Էստոնացի գործընկերոջ խնդրանքով Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացն առաջ մղելու նպատակով համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծմանն ուղղված Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ջանքերը։ Այս համատեքստում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստ անը բարձր է գնահատում Էստոնիայի հավասարակշիռ դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում:
