ՀԲ կանխատեսումներով Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կմնա նախորդ տարվա մակարդակին

 Համաշխարհային բանկի կանխատեսումների համաձայն 2016 թվականին Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը 2015 թվականի համեմատ կմնա նույնը: Ինչպես լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Համաշխարհային բանկի ավագ տնտեսագետ և առաջադրանքի թիմի համաղեկավար Գոհար Գյուլումյանը, 2016 թվականի տնտեսական ցուցանիշները մեծ խոստումներ չեն տալիս:

«Վերջին մի քանի ամիսները, սկսած հուլիսից, հիասթափեցնող են, որովհետև առաջին եռամսյակի 4,5 տոկոս աճից հետո Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը թևակոխել է անկման շրջան: Հուլիսից հոկտեմբերը ներառյալ, ամեն ամիս նախորդի համեմատ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը նվազում է: Կան պաշտոնական տվյալներ, ըստ որոնց, երրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում Հայաստանի տնտեսության անկումը կազմել է 2,8 տոկոս նախորդ տարվա նույն եռամսյակի համեմատ: Այդ տեսակետից մենք ևս վերանայում ենք մեր կանխատեսումները: Հոկտեմբերին մեր սպասելիքները 2016 թվականի տնտեսական աճի վերաբերյալ դրական էր` 2,4 տոկոս, սակայն այս պահին, ունենալով հունվար-հոկտեմբեր ամիսների տվյալները, կարող ենք ասել, որ 2016 թվականի ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կկազմի 0,4 տոկոս»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց  Գոհար Գյուլումյանը:

Տնտեսագետի խոսքով, այդ ամենը հաշվի առնելով, 2017 թվականի սպասելիքները 2 տոկոսից չեն անցնում: Միջին ժամկետի ցուցանիշները համապատասխանաբար համեստ են` 2-2,5 տոկոսի շրջանակներում:

«Դա Հայաստանի պարագայում շատ խոստումներ չի կարող պարունակել: Վերջերս հրապարակվեց  2015 թվականի աղքատության ցուցանիշը, մենք տեսանք, որ այն գրեթե նույնն է մնացել, և որպեսզի լուրջ ձեռքբերում լինի աղքատության նվազման, սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման հարցում, աճի ցուցանիշը տարեկան պետք է լինի 5 և ավելի տոկոս»»,-ասաց Գյուլումյանը:
