 Արեւելյան Հալեպում մարտական գործողությունները հումանիտար դադարից հետո կշարունակվեն այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ զինյալներն այնտեղից չեն հեռացել. այժմ լավ հնարավորություն կա ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համաձայնության գալ սիրիական այդ քաղաքի իրադրության շուրջ, եթե ամերիկացիները կրկին չմտքափոխվեն: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնու մ Է Արմենպրեսը, հայտարարել Է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:

«Դրանք (մարտական գործողությունները) կշարունակվեն ու կշարունակվեն այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ելուզուկները չեն հեռացել Արեւելյան Հալեպից: Դա բոլորին արդեն հասկանալի Է, դա հասկանալի Է ամերիկացի մեր գործընկերներին»,-ասել Է նախարարը՝ մամուլի ասուլիսում ամփոփելով ԵԱՀԿ-ի ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի հանդիպման արդյունքները:  

«Եթե մենք ցանկանայինք սպասել Օբամայի վարչակազմի հեռանալուն, ապա ես չԷի շփվի իմ գործընկեր Ջոն Քերիի հետ: Մենք նրա հետ երեկ եւ դրա նախորդ օրն անձամբ շփվել ենք երեք անգամ եւ չորրորդ անգամ՝ հեռախոսով»,-պատասխանել Է նա արեւմտյան ԶԼՄ-ների այն հաղորդումների վերաբերյալ հարցին, թե Ռուսաստանը չի պատրաստվում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Սիրիայի շուրջ համաձայնության գալ նախքան ԱՄՆ-ի նոր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պաշտոնակալությունը:

«Մենք պայմանավորվեցինք, որ վաղը Ժնեում կհանդիպեն մեր փորձագետները: Եթե ամերիկացի փորձագետները դարձյալ չմտքափոխվեն, ինչպես որ նրանք մտքափոխվեցին մի քանի օր առաջ, եւ ինչ-որ նոր բան չդնեն սեղանին, ապա շատ լավ հնարավորություն կա համաձայնության գալու այն բանի շուրջ, թե ինչպես վերջնականապես ավարտել Արեւելյան Հալեպի իրադրության կարգավորումն՝ այնտեղից առանց բացառության բոլոր զինյալների դուրսբերման ճանապարհով: Բայց ես չեմ կարող երաշխավորել, որ կրկին ինչ-որ անակնկալ չի լինի, քանի որ շատ անհասկանալի բաներ կան»,-հայտարարել Է Լավրովը, հայ տարարել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
