Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առողջապահական համակարգի հիմնախնդիրները ներկայացվել են կառավարության ուշադրությանը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը կառավարություն   է ներկայացրել մարզի առողջապահական ոլորտի մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ, որոնք բարձրացվել են նաեւ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Անուշ Պողոսյանը,դրանք կապված են մարզի բուժհաստատություններում 0-7 տարեկան երեխաների վիրահատման թույլտվության, ընտանեկան բժիշկների թափուր տեղերի լրացման, մարզի բուժհիմնարկներից մեկում դժվարամատչելի հետազոտությունների կենտրոն ստեղծելու, Վարդենիսի հիվանդանոցի արդիականացման ծրագրի իրականացման հարցերի հետ:

«ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից սահմանված լիցենզավորման նոր կարգը, որը գործում է 2016 թվականի հունվարից, սահմանափակում է մարզերի բուժհաստատություններում 0-7 տարեկան երեխաների վիրահատություն կատարելը, ինչի արդյունքում բոլոր վիրահատություններն իրականացվում են մայրաքաղաքում՝ առաջացնելով  մարզի բնակչության, առավելապես՝ սոցիալապես անապահով խավի դժգոհությունը: Մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանն առաջարկել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությանը՝  վերանայել լիցենզավորման գործող կարգը եւ լուծում տալ այս հիմնահարցին:

Այս պահի դրությամբ 23 ընտանեկան բժշկի կարիք ունենք: Հարցի կարգավորման համար հարկավոր է ստեղծել անվճար վերամասնագիտացման հնարավորություն: Այդ դեպքում մենք կարող ենք վերմասնագիտացված կադրերին ապահովել բարձր վճարվող աշխատավարձով:

Մարզպետը մարզի  առողջապահության ոլորտի արդիականացման ծրագրում կարեւոր համարեց մարզպետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող Վարդենիսի հիվանդանոցի  եւ ՊՆ ենթակայությամբ գործող զինվորական հոսպիտալի միավորումը մեկ կառույցում, որը պետք է գործի ՊՆ համակարգում:  Մարզի առողջապահական համակարգի արդիականացման  ծրագրում կար եւոր է նաեւ դժվարամատչելի հետազոտությունների կենտրոն ունենալը, որի դեպքում քաղաքացիները կկարողանան տեղում կազմակերպել իրենց հետազոտությունը եւ բուժումը»-ներկայացրեց Անուշ Պողոսյանը:
