Ադրբեջանական մանաթը մեկ ամսում արժեզրկվել է մոտ 10 տոկոսով

Ադրբեջանի ազգային արժույթի շարունակական արժեզրկումը վերածվել է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների քննարկման հիմնական թեմաներից մեկի:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական marja.az-ը:

Ադրբեջանում դեկտեմբերի 13-ին տեղի է ունեցել կենտրոնական բանկի եւ նավթային պետական հիմնադրամի համատեղ արտարժույթային աճուրդը, որի ժամանակ այդ երկրի ազգային արժույթը` մանաթը, կրկին արժեզրկվել է: 

Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Ադրբեջանում դոլար-մանաթ պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը կկազմի 1,7475 մանաթ:

Դեկտեմբերի 13-ին դոլար-մանաթ պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը կազմել է 1,74430 մանաթ:

Ադրբեջանում գործող առեւտրային բանկերի հիմնական մասը խիստ սահմանափակել են արտարժույթային գործարքների իրականացումը, այդ երկրում գործող 33 բանկերից 29-ը դադարեցրել են դոլարի վաճառքը:

Դոլարի վաճառքը շարունակող 4 բանկերն էլ սկսել են սահմանափակել դոլարի վաճառքը եւ սահմանել են 200 դոլար սահմանաչափ:

Մեկ ամսվա կտրվածքով ադրբեջանական մանաթը արժեզրկվել է 9,4 տոկոսով:

2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ի դրությամբ դոլար-մանաթ պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը կազմել է  1,5969 մանաթ:

Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսական շուկաների վերահսկողության պալատը եւ իրավապահ մարմինները սկսել են լուրջ վերահսկողություն սահմանել սեւ շուկայի վրա: Ադրբեջանի սեւ շուկայում իրավապահ մարմինները սկսել են լայնածավալ գործողություններ իրականացնել,տեղի են ունեցել արտարժույթի անօրինական առքուվաճառքով զբաղվող անձանց ձերբակալություններ:

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Էլման Ռուստամովի հաղորդմամբ` ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են տարվում ազգային արժույթի ամբողջովին լողացող փոխարժեքի անցնելու ուղղությամբ:

Փորձագետ Ռամին Ռահիմովն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնել է, որ մինչ այժմ ԿԲ-ն որոշակի դեպքերում դոլար էր հանում շուկա, մասնակցում էր աճուրդների, որոշ դեպքերում էլ՝ անկախ աճուրդի արդյունքից միջամտում էր մանաթի փոխարժեքին:

«Սակայն լիակատար «լողացող փոխարժեքի» անցման արդյունքում այլեւս այդ գործընթացը դադարելու է, ինչը կապված է այդ ներարկումների պատճառով ԿԲ-ի պահուստների՝ 4 միլիարդ դոլարով նվազման հետեւանքով առաջացած հոգեբանական սահմանը չանցնելու հետ», -ասել է նա: 

Անդրադառնալով մանաթի փոխարժեքին, փորձագետը հայտարարել է, որ դոլարի ռեալ արժեքը ներկայում 2 մանաթից ավելի է: Նրա խոսքով՝ լիակատար «լողացող փոխարժեքի» ժամանակաշրջանում մանաթի ճակատագիրը կախված է լինելու հիմնականում նավթի գնից, այսինքն՝ OPEK-ի հետագա քաղաքականությունից, ինչի վրա Ադրբեջանի ազդեցության աստիճանը զրոյական է:
