ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել  Վաղարշապատի սոցիալական աջակցության տարածքային գործակալության տնօրեն Հ.Ավետիսյանին՝  շորթմամբ կաշառք ստանալու համար։

Նախանական քննության տվյալներով՝ Վաղարշապատի սոցիալական աջակցության տարածքային գործակալության տնօրենը, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակչուհուց, ով երեք անչափահաս երեխաների մայր է, «Փարոս» ծրագրում ընդգրկելու համար կաշառք է պահանջել։  Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ նա կնոջից պահանջել է իրեն տալ սոցիալական նպաստի մեկ ամսվա գումարը՝ սպառնալով, որ հակառակ պարագայում չի ընդգրկվի «Փարոս» ծրագրում: Պահանջված գումարը Հ.Ավետիսյանն ստացել է իր աշխատասենյակում՝ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին։

 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, քննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում։ Քննության ընթացքում Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլրավոր վարչությունից  ստացվել են ներքին եւ արտաքին դիտումների արդյունքները։

Վաղարշապատի սոցիալական աջակցության տարածքային գործակալության տնօրեն Հ.Ավետիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգքրի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
