ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է շեշտադրումը դնել էլեկտրոնային ծանուցումների մեխանիզմի ներդրման և զարգացման վրա: ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում, ներկայացնելով ՀՀ նախագահի և վարչապետի հանձնարարականների կատարումը, այդ մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօրվա գործող իրավակարգավորումներով Հայաստանում առաջնահերթ ծանո ւցումը կատարվում է փոստային եղանակով և շատ հաճախ դրա արդյունավետությունը կասկածի տակ է դրվում տարբեր պատճառներով ու քաղաքացու պատշաճ ծանուցումը հնարավոր չի լինում ապահովել: «Քանի որ այսօր նույնականացման քարտերի տրամադրմանը զուգահեռ քաղաքացիներին տրվում է նաև պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստ, մենք առաջարկում ենք ծանուցումներն ուղարկել նաև այդ էլ.հասցեներին, ինչպես նաև ներդնել բջջային հեռախոսին ստացվող sms հաղորդագրության միջոցով համապատասխան ծանուցումը ստանալու համակարգ»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ արդեն պատրաստ են թե′ ՀՀ ոստիկանության, թե՛ ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության համապատասխան հարթակները, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին բջջային հեռախոսների միջոցով կամ նախընտրելի այլ եղանակով ծանուցված լինել արգելանքների կամ վարչական ակտերի մասին: Ընդ որում, քաղաքացին կկարողանա նաև իր համար նախընտրելի այլ տարբերակով ևս ծանուցվել, օրինակ, իր անունով ստացվող ծանուցումներ ստանալը լիազորել իր ընտանիքի այլ անդամներին կամ հարևանին և այլն: ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայությունում անձի վերաբերյալ հարուցված կատարողական վարույթի կամ արգե լանքի վերաբերյալ SMS ծանուցումների գրանցման շտեմարանում անձի հեռախոսահամարը ներառելու համար ընդամենը անհրաժեշտ է բջջային հեռախոսից զանգահարել 060-57-04-02 հեռախոսահամարին և հետևելով ավտոմատի հրահանգներին, հավաքել անձի հանրային ծառայության համարանիշը և գրանցվել։ Գրանցվելուց հետո, եթե անձի վերաբերյալ Ծառայությունում հարուցվի կատարողական վարույթ, գրանցում կատարած բջջային հեռախոսահամարին կստանա SMS հաղորդագրություն, որում նշված կլինի հարուցված կատարողական վարույթի համարը, պահանջատիրոջ անվանումը (ֆիզիկական անձի դեպքում՝ անուն, ազգանուն ) և անձի գույքի ու դրամական միջոցների վրա կիրառված արգելանքի չափը։
