 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է սերժանտ Հակոբ Գևորգյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, բացահայտվել են դեպքի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հ ետ կապերի բաժնից:

2016թ. մայիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի բուժկետ է ընդունվել ժամկետային զինծառայող, սերժանտ Հակոբ Գևորգյանը՝ «կրծքավանդակի առաջային պատի կտրած ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ:  Վերջինս «Մեղրու ԲԿ» տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին՝ ժամը 15:55-ի սահմաններում, մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու  ուղղությամբ։

Նախնական քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ սերժանտը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է 2016թ. մայիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի ճաշարանում հնչեցրած դիտողության պատճառով առաջացած վիճաբանության արդյունքում։ Դիտողության շուրջ վիճաբանությունն ավելի ուշ վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի՝ մի շարք այլ զինծառայողների մասնակցությամբ, որի ժամանակ էլ ձեռքերով և ոստքերով տարբեր հարվածներ են հասցվել Հակոբ Գևորգյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ապա նաև՝ դանակով՝ նրա կրծքավանդակի ձախ հատվածին։

Բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառվել նաև այլ զինծառայողների։ Քննությամբ հստակեցվել է մասնակից անձանց ինքնությունը, անհատականացվել նրանց գործողությունները։

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 5 անձի.

Գևորգ Կոսոբոգլյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց  է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

 Պ.Վարդիկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին,

Ս.Կարապետյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, Յու.Սերոբյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ կետերով և Վ. Գրիգորյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել հրամանատարության հսկողությանը հանձնելը:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
