Այսօր «Միասնություն»  համազգային շարժման կազմակերպած հերթական քննարկման ժամանակ արծարծվեց 21-րդ դարի ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը, որն առնչվում է հայ կանանց:

«Հայ հասարակության մենթալ կարծրատիպերը և կանանց քաղաքական մասնակցությունը» խորագիրը կրող քննարկման ժամանակ ՀՀ Նախագահին կից Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ, ժողովրդագրության և գենդերային հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անահիտ Աղոյանը նշեց, որ կանայք պատրաստ են քաղաքական ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ քաղաքական և հասարակական կյանքին, խնդիրն այստեղ այլ է. «Կանայք պատրաստ են մտնել քաղաքականություն, այդ տղամարդիկ պատրաստ չեն կրել այդ ծանր բեռը: Հաջորդ խնդիրն այն է, որ հասարակությունը չունի հնարավորություն՝ ընտրելու քաղաքականապես ակտիվ և որակով կին կամ տղամարդ: Թեպետ, պետք է նշեմ, որ այս բացը լրացնելու է գալիս Ընտրական օրենսգրքի քվոտավորման համակարգը»:

Ըստ բանախոսի՝ հասարակությունը կանանց խոշորոցույցով է դիտարկում, և նրանք պետք է պատրաստ լինեն ընդունել այդ քննադատությունը և պատվով դուրս գան այդ խնդրից:

Խոսելով իր անձնական փորձի մասին՝ Անահիտ Աղոյանը նշեց, որ այսօր կանայք և տղամարդիկ ընտրությունների ժամանակ համեմատվում են տարբեր պարամետրերով. օրինակ՝ չափման միավոր կարող է դառնալ նաև այն, թե տվյալ կինն իր քարոզարշավի կազմակերպման ժամանակ որքան գումար է ծախսել: Բնականաբար, այս տեսանկյունից կանայք չեն կարող համեմատվել տղամարդկանց հետ:

Խոսելով հայ հասարակության մեջ ձևավորված կարծրատիպերի և մտածողության մասին՝  Անահիտ Աղոյանը վստահեցրեց, որ արմատացած կարծրատիպերը կոտրելու համար պետք է լինել մրցունակ բոլոր պարամետրերով և նպաստել հասարակության մեջ նոր մշակույթի ձևավորմանը: Այստեղ, ըստ Աղոյանի, կարևոր է նաև ֆինանսական կոմպոնենտը, քանի որ քաղաքականությունն ու ֆինանսն իրար հետ փոխկապակցված երևույթներ են:
