Տեղի է ունեցել իրավաբանական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանի «Ապացուցման միջոցները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական դատավարությունում» վերտառությամբ մենագրության շնորհանդեսը:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին իրավական ոլորտի գիտնականներ, ճանաչված իրավաբաններ, փաստաբաններ, ընտանիքի անդամներ և ընկերներ: Գրքի ներկայացման շնորհակալական խոսքում Արա Զոհրաբյանը նշել է մի քանի հայեցակետեր, որոնք ձևակերպված են որպես իրավական դաշտի զարգացման առաջարկներ: Գրքի հեղինակը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գլաձոր համալսարանի ռեկտոր իրավաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ժորա Ջհանգիրյանին՝ նշելով, որ կրթության համար երախտապարտ է իր հարազատ բուհին: Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել իր գիտական ղեկավար Ռաֆիկ Պետրոսյանին, ով նաև մենագրության խմբագիրն է, շնորհակալության խոսքեր են հնչել նաև իրավաբան-գիտնականներին, փաստաբաններին, գործընկերներին և ընտանիքին: Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Արա Զոհրաբյանը կարևորել է ստեղծածի, կազմածի իրական կիրառումը և օգտակարությունը, նշելով, որ այլապես այն կմնա ուղղակի թղթին հանձնած աշխատանք:

Շնորհավորելով նախկին ուսանող, այժմ գործընկեր Արա Զոհրաբյանին՝ Գլաձոր համալսարանի ռեկտոր Ժորա Ջհանգիրյանը մաղթել է հետագա առաջընթաց և լավ առաջարկների իրողություն դառնալու հեռանկարներ: Նա ընդգծել է, որ որպես կանոն ամենադժվար գործն այն է, երբ մարդ գրիչ է վերցնում և փորձում ստեղծագործել գիտության ոլորտում: Դժվարությունն ըստ ռեկտորի նրանումն է, որ քչերն են համարձակվում դրան դիմել: Նա հպարտությամբ է խոսել իրավագիտության ոլորտում ներդրում ունեցող, ոլորտի զարգացմանը նպաստող մասնագետների, այդ թվում՝ Արա Զոհրաբյանի մասին: Նա կարևորել է կատարված աշխատանքը՝ մաղթելով շարունակականություն՝ ի նպաստ ոլորտի կատարելագործման և ընդհանրապես հասարակության իրավագիտակցության բարձրացման համար:

Մենագրության մասնագիտական խմբագիր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վաստակավոր իրավաբան, իրավագիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ռաֆիկ Պետրոսյանը նշել է, որ բավական կարևոր աշխատանք է կատարված գրքում և այն կիրառական ձեռնարկ է ոլորտի մասնագետների և հետագա ուսումնասիրողների համար: Աշխատանքում լուսաբանվել են ապացուցման միջոցներին, դրանց ձեռքբերման, հետազոտման և գնահատման առանձնահատկություններին վերաբերող հիմնահարցեր: Այն կառուցված է հայրենական և արտասահմանյան իրավաբանական գրականության, մեր գործող օրենսդրության և դատական պրակտիկայի վերլուծության հիման վրա: Աշխատանքում ներկայացված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական դատավարության օրենսդրությունը կատարելագործելու առաջարկներ:
