ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հայկարամ Մխիթարյանի հրամանով դեկտեմբերի 21-ին նախարարության համակարգում կատարվել են մի շարք նոր նշանակումներ` ՓԾ հայ-ռուսական հումանիտար արձագանքման, հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման և Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոններում, Բնակչության պաշտպանության և աղետների հետևանքների վ երացման կազմակերպման, Թիկունքի և նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման և Քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության վարչություններում, Փրկարար ուժերի վարչության ՀԱԷԿ-ի և Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության Նաիրիտ գործարանի պահպանության հատուկ հրշեջ ջոկատներում, Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական, ինչպես նաև՝ Արմավիրի, Սյունիքի, Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչություններում:
