ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին հերթական աշխատանքային այցով ոստիկանության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գնդում էր:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Գնդի հրամանատարի զեկույցն ընդունելուց հետո Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը ողջույնի խոսքով դիմեց ծառայողներին, ապա անդրադառնալով հուլիսյան դրամատիկ իրադարձություններին՝ մեկ անգամ ևս հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեց զոհված ոստիկանների հիշատակին:

Այնուհետև ոստիկանության պետը ծանոթացավ ծառայության պայմաններին, ստուգեց հատուկ տեխնիկան ու տրանսպորտային միջոցները, ցուցումներ տվեց պատասխանատուներին:

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանին և նրան ուղեկցող սպաներին ներկայացվեց մասնագիտական վարժանքների համալիր՝ բաղկացած երկու մասից:

Առաջին մասում պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գնդի հատուկ խմբերն իրականացրին զինված հանցագործների վնասազերծման գործողություններ շինության ներսում և  տրանսպորտային միջոցների ընթացքի կասեցումով, ինչին հետևեց ձերբակալումն ու ուղեկցումը:

Վարժանքների երկրորդ փուլն ընդգրկում էր ձեռնամարտի և զենքի կիրառման գործողությունների համալիր:

Ավարտին Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը պատասխանատուների հետ քննարկեց ստորաբաժանման պատրաստականությունը, ներկայացրեց իր դիտարկումներն ու դիտողությունները»:
