Անկասկած գեղեցիկ տեսքը միշտ էլ օգնում է։ Մարդկանց մասին մենք կարծիք ենք կազմում ընդամենը 100 միլիվայրկյանների ընթացքում ու ընդամենը 13 միլիվայրկյանների ընթացքում որոշում՝ նրանք գրավիչ են, թե ոչ։ Գեղեցիկ մարդիկ ավելի հաջողակ են։ Մենք ավելի հեշտ ենք ներում գրավիչ մարդկանց։ Արդյո՞ք տարիների ընթացքում մարդկանց կարծիքը արտաքինի մասին փոխվել է, թե՞ ոչ։ Դե այո, այսօր արտաքինը կարևորվում է, ավելի քան երբևէ։ Իսկ ի՞նչ կարող ես անել ավելի գրավիչ լինելու համար, հատկապես այդքան կարևոր առաջին տպավորությունը թողնելու ժամանակ։  1  Քնիր - Այո՛, քունն իսկապես մեծ ազդեցություն ունի արտաքինի վրա։ Անցկացված գիտափորձը ցույց է տվել, որ նրանք, ովքեր բավարար քուն են ստացել, ավելի գրավիչ ու առողջ տեսք են ունեցել, քան նրանք, ովքեր բավարար քուն չեն ստացել։  2  Կարմիր հագուստ կրիր - Անկախ նրանից տղամարդ եք, թե կին, կարմիր հագուստն ավելի գրավիչ է դարձնում ձեզ հակառակ սեռի համար, և սա անկախ կրած հագուստի տեսակից։ Նույնիսկ կարմիր գույն ունեցող հասարակ շապիկը կարող է ավելի գրավիչ լինել։  3  Ակնոցներն ավելի խելացի տեսք են տալիս քեզ, սակայն պակաս գրավիչ – Սա կարող է կարծրատիպային հնչել, սակայն հետազոտությունները հաստատել են, որ օպտիկական ակնոցներով մարդիկ ավելի խելացի անհատի տպավորություն են թողնում, սակայն պակաս գրավիչ են։  4  Դեմքի ձախ հատվածն ավելի գեղեցիկ է - Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ մարդու դեմքի ձախ հատվածն ավելի գրավիչ ու գեղեցիկ է, քան աջը։ Հնարավոր է, որ սա այն պատճառով է, որ ձախ հատվածով ավելի շատ էմոցիաներ են արտահայտվում։ Այս փաստը կարելի է հաջողությամբ օգտագործել լուսանկարվելու ժամանակ։  5  Ուրախությունը գրավիչ է կանանց դեպքում, բայց ոչ տղամարկանց դեպքում։ Հպարտությունը գրավիչ է տղամարդկանց դեպքում, սակայն ոչ կանանց դեպքում - Գրավչության այս սկզբունքները չեն փոխվել տարիների ընթացքում և հաստատվել են վերջերս իրականացրած գիտափորձով, որտեղ տարբեր էմոցիաներ արտահայտող կանանց ու տղամարդկանց լուսանկարներ են ցույց տրվել  հակառակ սեռի ներկայացուցիչներին, որի արդյունքում տղամարդիկ ամենից շատ գրավիչ են համարել կանանց՝ կենսուրախ տրամադրությամբ լուսանկարներում, ու պակաս գրավիչ նրանց հպարտ կեցվածքով լուսանկարներում։ Կանայք առավել գրավիչ են համարել հպարտ կեցվածքով տղամարդկանց ու պակաս գրավիչ նրանց կենսուրախ տրամադրությամբ ուսանկարներում։  6  Իմաստալից կյանքի զգացումը մարդկանց ավելի գրավիչ է դարձնում - Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կյանքի հանդեպ իմաստալից զգացում ունենալն ավելի գրավիչ է դարձնում մարդկանց, քան նրանց արտաքինը։ Իսկ կյանքի իմասստը մարդկանց մոտ գալիս է պատմություններից, որ նրանք կարող են պատմել։ Այդ է պատճառը, որ հիշողությունները կարող են մարդկանց մոտ իմաստավորված կյանքի զգացում առաջացնել։  7  Ճիշտ սնվիր - Մրգերի ու բանջարեղենի ավելի շատ օգտագործումը ավելի գրավիչ է դարձնում մարդկանց։ Հետազատությունները ցույց են տվել, որ մրգերի ու բանջարեղենի օգտագործումը ավելի առողջ ու գրավիչ տեսք է հաղորդում։ Այնպես որ ձեր սննդակարգում ավեացրեք մրգերն ու բանջարեղենն ու քչացրեք հատկապես արագ պատրաստվող սննունդը։ Հիշեք՝ դուք այն եք, ինչ ուտում եք։  8  Տատուները հետաքրքիր են - Մեկ տատուն այնքան էլ շատ բան չի պատմում։ Մի քանի տատուններն ու լավ երևացող տատուները էքսցենտրիկ, ոչ սովորական վարքի նշան են։ Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ուսանողներն ավելի դրական են տրամադրվել ու հետաքրքրվել դաջվածքներ ունեցող դասախոսներով, քան առանց դրանց։  9  Հայացքի կապը կարող է ստիպել մարդկանց սիրահարվել քեզ - Անցկացված հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ երկու րոպե միմյանց աչքերին նայելու դեպքում միմյանց հանդեպ կարող են զգացմունքներ առաջանալ։ Բացի այդ, դու կարող ես ասել, թե որ զույգն է սիրահարված, հետևելով, թե որքան երկար են նրանք նայում միմյանց աչքերին։
