ՔԿԱԳ-ը ծնունդների և մահերի միասնական էլեկտրոնային հարթակը միասնականացնելու է բժշկական անձնակազմի գործառույթների հետ

Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալությունը կառավարման համակարգին համակցված ծնունդների և մահերի լրացման միասնական էլեկտրոնային հարթակի ստեղծումը միասնականացնելու է բժշկական անձնակազմի գործառույթների հետ:  

Դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ամփոփելով Արդարադատության նախարարության 2016 թվականի աշխատանքները, այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգերի համակցման արդյունքում ծննդի և մահվան մասին բժշկական վկայականներն այսուհետ պատրաստվելու և տրամադրվելու են բժշկական հաստատությունների կողմից՝ բժշկական վկայականների միասնական էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով:

Համակարգի ներդրման արդյունքում կվերացվեն քաղաքացիների կողմից երեխայի ծննդի և քաղաքացու մահվան բժշկական վկայականը ՔԿԱԳ մարմիններ ներկայացնելու պահանջը, իսկ բժշկական հաստատություններում կներդրվի ծննդի և մահվան բժշկական վկայականների պատրաստման էլեկտրոնային միասնական համակարգ, ինչը թույլ է տալու ավտոմատացնել և միասնականացնել բժշկական անձնակազմի գործառույթները և կրճատել այդ գործառույթների կատարման ժամկետները»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Ըստ Հովհաննիսյանի` այս փոփոխություններով նվազեցվելու են նաև ծննդյան կամ մահվան գրանցումներ կատարելիս անձանց վերաբերող տվյալների թերությունների, վրիպակների կատարման ռիսկերը, տվյալների հակասությունը և այլն:

«Համակարգի ներդրման արդյունքում կբացառվեն նաև ծնված և գրանցված երեխաների, ինչպես նաև բժշկական հաստատություններում գրանցված մահերի և ՔԿԱԳ մարմիններում գրանցված մահերի միջև վիճակագրական տարբերությունները, ինչը կարևոր է թե՛ վիճակագրական, թե՛ ժողովրդագրական, և թե՛ ընտրական ցուցակների ճշգրտության տեսանկյունից: Համակարգն արդեն փորձնական ռեժիմով տեղադրվել է Երևան քաղաքի, Շիրակի, Տավուշի, Լոռիի բժշկական հաստատություններում, ներկայում այն ներդրվում է Գեղարքունիքի և Արմավիրի մարզերի բժշկական հաստատություններում»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը և հավելեց, որ նախատեսվում է համակարգը ամբողջությամբ ներդնել շուրջ 400 բժշկական հաստատություններում և գործարկել 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:
