 Ազգայն ժողովում ավարտվեց արտահերթ նստաշրջանը, որը հրավիրվել էր ՀՀ կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ` նախաձեռնողի սահմանած օրակարգով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` գրանցվել էր 111 պատգամավոր: Պատգամավորները քննարկեցին և երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ու ամբողջությամբ ընդունեցին «Պետական տուրքի մասին&ra quo; ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը` 81 կողմ, 5 դեմ, 16 ձեռնպահ ձայներով:

Քվեարկության դրվեցին նաև դեկտեմբերի 22-ին քննարկված միջազգային երեք համաձայնագրերը, որոնք ներկայացված էին ԱԺ վավերացմանը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջեւ 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 11-ին ստորագրված «Ենթակառուցվածքների կայունության աջակցության ծրագիր. երկրորդ փուլ (ընթացիկ գործառնություններ)» վարկային համաձայնագիրը, որով Հայաստանին կտրամադրվի 90 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով բյուջետային աջակցության վարկ, հավանության արժանացավ. կողմ 78, դեմ 24, ձեռնպահ 2: Այս ծրագրի 60 միլիոնը նախատեսված է 2016 թվականի, իսկ 30 մլն-ը՝ 2017 թվականի բյուջեի ծախսային ծրագրում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջեւ 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված «Զարգացման քաղաքականության չորրորդ վարկ» վարկային համաձայնագիրը ևս ընդունվեց 78 կողմ, 23 դեմ, 3 ձեռնպահ ձայներով: Այս ծրագրով նախատեսվում է Հայաստանին տրամադրել 50 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով բյուջետային վարկ զարգացման քաղաքականության ֆինանսավորման ծրագրի չորրորդ փուլի իրականացման համար: Վարկն ուղղվելու է բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի ֆինանսավորմանը, վարկի պայմաններն արտոնյալ են: Վարկի մարումը կիրականացվի 25 տարում

2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին ստորագրված ՀՀ կառավարության եւ Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության միջեւ թիվ CAM 1007 01 D վարկային համաձայնագիրը, որով կառավարությանը կտրամադրվի 40 մլն եվրո գումարի չափով բյուջետային աջակցության վարկ, հավանության արժանացավ պատգամավորների 78 կողմ, 24 դեմ, 2 ձեռնպահ ձայներով: Ծրագրի նպատակն է աջակցել ՀՀ կառավարության բարեփոխումների օրակարգին 2 հիմնական ուղղություններով՝ հարկաբյուջետային, սոցիալական եւ շրջակա միջավայրի կայունության խթանման ու մրցունակության ամրապնդման: Վարկի պայմաններն արտոնյալ են, մարման ժամկե տը 20 տարի է:
