 Առաջիկա համապետական ընտրություններին «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը կողմնակից է լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը:

«Արդեն քաղաքական դաշտում կան դաշիքներ, ես ողջունում են քաղաքական համախմբման յուրաքանչյուր փորձ: Առաջիկա համապետական ընտրություններին մենք կողմնակից ենք հնարավորինս լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի: Դա կարող է լինել մեկ կնոսոլդիացիա, կամ մի քանի բևեռ: Ներկայում մենք քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաների մեջ ենք տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի հետ: Ձևաչափի առումով դեռ վերջնական որոշում չկա: Ասեմ, որ մեր դուռը բաց է առողջ համագործակցության համար», - Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Արթուր Բաղդասարյանն` ընդգծելով, որ ա ռաջիկա համապետական ընտրություններին իրենց կուսակցության շանսերը փայլուն է գնահատում:

Անդրադառնալով լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե հասարակությունն ինչպե՞ս պետք է կողմնորոշվի, թե որն է իրական ընդդիմությունը, որը իշխանության սպասարկողը, Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական կազմակերպություն ներկայացնելու է իր մոտեցումը, իր ծրագիրը, իսկ հասարակությունը  կատարելու է ընտրություն:

«Յուրաքանչյուր կառույց կներկայացնի իր մոտեցումները, հասարակությունն էլ, նրանց լսելով, ընտրություն կկատարի: Ասեմ, որ «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության ցուցակում լինելու են նոր դեմքեր, իրենց խոսքն են ասելու նաև երիտասարները»,-հավելեց Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը:

Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է վերաբերում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի վերադարձին քաղաքական դաշտ, Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ դա իրենց իրավունքն է:
