Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն Արշակունյաց պողոտա - Շիրակի փողոց - Արտաշատի խճուղի նոր ճանապարհի կառուցման աշխատանքներն իրականացնելու և ներդրած ավանդի համար Երևանի քաղաքապետի ոսկե մեդալով է պարգևատրել «Վահագն և Սամվել» ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիր նախագահ Ղուկաս Գրիգորյանին: Նոր ավտոճանապարհի կառուցման մեջ ներդրում ունենալու համար մի շարք շինարարներ էլ պարգևատրվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետի պատվոգրերով ու շնորհակալագրերով: 

Շնորհավորելով գալիք տոների առթիվ` Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ծրագրի գործընկերներին ու բոլոր մասնակիցներին՝ կատարած ամենօրյա աշխատանքի ու ցուցաբերած հետևողական մոտեցման համար: 

«Երևանի շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի այս հատվածի շինարարությունն իսկապես անչափ կարևոր էր մայրաքաղաքի համար: Մենք ունեցանք միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհ, որն ապահովում է Երևան քաղաքի հարավային պատշաճ մուտքը: Ծրագրի շարունակությամբ մենք իրար կկապենք մայրաքաղաքի հյուսիսային և հարավային մուտքերը և 2019 թվականին կունենանք 23 կմ երկարությամբ շրջանցիկ ճանապարհ, որը կդառնա Երևանի հերթական ձեռքբերումներից մեկը: Ընդհանրապես, քաղաքների կայուն զարգացման կարևոր նախապայմաններից մեկն էլ խոշորածավալ քաղաքաշինական ծրագրերի իրականացումն է, և այսօր վստահաբար կարող ենք փաստել, որ Երևանը նույնպես կայուն զարգացող քաղաք է», - նշել է քաղաքապետը:
