«Կրպակ» սուպերմարկետի փոխանակման կետից գողության կասկածյալը նախաքննական մարմնին է ներկայացրել գողոնը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են «Կրպակ» սուպերմարկետում տեղի ունեցած կողոպուտի մի շարք հանգամանքեր, հայտնաբերվել գողոնի հիմնական մասը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ  ժամը 09:00-ի սահմաններում բռնություն է գործադրվել Երևան քաղաքի Բաշինջաղյան փողոցի 188/5 հասցեում գտնվող «Կրպակ» սուպերմարկետի  տարադրամի փոխանակման կետի աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ և հափշտակվել նրա ձեռքին գտնվող տոպրակը, որի մեջ եղել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար՝ 7 մլն դրամ։

ՀՀ ՔԿ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ: Արդյունքում՝ պարզվել են քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, պարզվել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը։

2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 22-ին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին է ներկայացվել 30-ամյա Վանյանը՝ նշված կողոպուտը կատարելու կասկածանքով։ Վերջինս հարցաքննվել է, ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ կողոպուտի իրականացմանն անմիջական մասնակցություն է ունեցել 26-ամյա մեկ այլ երիտասարդ, իսկ 30-ամյա Վանյանը նրան օժանդակել է։ 

Դեկտեմբերի 23-ին Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների  քննչական բաժին է ներկայացել 26-ամյա երիտասարդը՝ հոր հետ և պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով ներկայացրել գումարը՝ հայտարարելով, որ այն 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ին իր կողմից «Կրպակ» սուպերմարկետից բացահայտ հափշտակված գումարն է։ Քննիչի կողմից կազմվել է «ինքնակամ ներկայանալու մասին արձանագրություն»։ Զննվել է կասկածյալի ներկայացրած տոպրակը, որի մեջ գտնվել է 6 մլն 360 հազար դրամ, 31 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 40 լարի, 610 եվրո։

Կասկածյալի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է քննչական փորձարարություն:
