Ամանորյա տոներին հատկապես կարևոր են մասսայական միջոցառումների անցկացման վայրերում հակահրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների պահապանումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 27-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պետական հրդեհային ևտեխնիկական անվտանգությանտեսչության քարոզչության բաժնի պետՍերգեյ Հայրապետյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ամբողջ աշխարհում բազմաթիվ դեպքեր են լինում հրավառության սխալ օգտագործման հետևանքով, սակայն Հայաստանը խուսափել է ծանր հետևանքներով հրդեհներից:

Հայրապետյանը կարևոր համարեց այն հանգամանքը, որ տարբեր վաճառքի կետերում ազատորեն վաճառվում են կասկածելի ծագում ունեցող հրավառություններ: Նա խորհուրդ տվեց ծնողներին, որ հնարավորության դեպքում ձեռք բերեն մասնագիտացված խանութներից: «Հրավառությունների վրա պետք է լինեն հայերեն մակնշումներ, որոնց վրա պետք է նշված լինեն այն բոլոր անվտանգության կանոնները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են տվյալ հրավառության օգտագործման համար: Խուսափեք ձեռք բերել այն հրավառությունները, որոնց վրա հայերեն մակնշումներ չկան»,- ասաց Սերգեյ Հայրապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ լինում են դեպքեր, երբ հրավառությունը վառում են, բայց այն չի վառվում: Այդ դեպքում պետք է մոտ տասը րոպե չմոտենալ այդ հրավառությանը, դրանից հետո կարելի այն ոչնչացնել`24 ժամ պահելով ջրի մեջ, այնուհետև նետել: Կտրականապես արգելվում է դրանք կրակի մեջ ոչնչացնելը:

Հայրապետյանի ներկայցմամբ` եթե նույնիսկ արտոնագրված հրավառություն ձեռք բերենք, բայց այն սխալ օգտագործենք՝ հնարավոր է առաջանան դժբախտ պատահարներ: Այդ պատճառով անհրաժեշտ է խստորեն պահպանել դրա վրա նշված համապատասխան անվտանգության պայմանները: Նա հորդորեց շենքերում չօգտագործել հրավառություններ և մի շարք օրինակներ բերեց, որոնց ժամանակ շենքերում օգտագործված հրավառությունը հանգեցրել է դժբախտ դեպքերի:

«Հայաստանում, բարեբախտաբար, դժբախտ դեպքերի թիվը քիչ է: Այս տարի ունեցել ենք  4 դեպք, նախորդ տարի`7: Միջինը տարեկան հինգ դեպք է տեղի ունենում, որոնք աննշան հրդեհներ են: Հիմնականում տեղի են ունենում երեխաների խաղերի հետ կապված, տնամերձ տարածքներում կամ ինչ-որ միջոցառումների ժամանակ: Դրանց հետևանքով տուժածներ չեն եղել»,- նշեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության քարոզչության բաժնի պետ Սերգեյ Հայրապետյանը:

Սակայն Հայրապետյանի տեղեկացմամբ` ջեռուցման պարագաների հրդեհման հետևանքով լուրջ դեպքեր են տեղի ունենում: Հիմնականում փայտով վառվող պարագաների հետևանքով:

Վերջում նա հավելեց, որ տոնածառի լույսերը պետք է լինեն 12 վատտ հզորությունից ոչ բարձր և անվտանգ պատրաստված:
