2016-2017թթ. ուստարում սիրիահայ 436 ուսանողների աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվել ուսման վարձերի վճարման հարցում

Հայաստանում 18 հազար սիրիահայ դարձել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացի, իսկ 1800-ը ստացել է  կացության կարգավիճակ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ամփոփելով 2016 թվականը՝ ասաց Սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:

«2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի վերջին Հալեպում իրականացված ռմբակոծությունները կանխատեսելի էին, սակայն ոչ այդ չափերով: Բնականաբար, Սիրիայի եւ սիրահայերի նկատմամբ էլ ավելի բարձրացավ մեր աշխատանքի զգոնությունը: Կցանկանայի հատուկ նշել հայկական եկեղեցական կառույցների աշխատանքը, որը թեպետ այդքան էլ չի նկատվում, քանի որ շատ աշխատանք բուն Սիրիայում է կատարվում»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ի տարբերություն այլ երկրներում ապրող սիրիացի փախստականների՝ Հայաստանում նրանց կրթության, մշակույթի, սոցիալական ինտեգրման հարցերն ավարտված են:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է աշխատանքային, բնակարանային հարցերին, չեք գտնի որեւէ սիրիահայ, որ գտնվում է փողոցում: Սա հիմնահարց է, որը փորձում ենք լուծել սփյուռքի, համահայկական կառույցների օգնությամբ: Սիրիահայերի հետ տարվող աշխատանքները իրավական են, քաղաքական, տնտեսական, կրթական սոցիալական, մշակութային եւ այլն»,-ընգծեց նա:

Նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ 2016-2017թթ. ուստարում սիրիահայ 436 ուսանողների ուսման վարձավճարների 70 տոկոսը վճարվել է ՀՀ կառավարության, ՀԲԸՄ-ի, «Գալուստ Կյուլպենկյան» հիմնարկության ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ, իսկ Հայ օգնության ֆոնդը վճարել է ծայրահեղ կարիքավոր 25 ուսանողների վարձավճարների մնացած 30 տոկոսը:

«Սփյուռքի հետ աշխատանքի հիմնական ուղղությունները 3-ն են: Շարունակում ենք աշխատել հայապահպանության ուղղությամբ, այսինքն՝ ամեն ինչ անել, որ սփյուռքը ավելի շատ հայ մնա, աշխատենք լեզվի, կրթության մշակութային հարցերով: Հաջորդը ներուժի բացահայտումն է, այն տնտեսության համար օգտագործելը: Եվ բնականաբար, մշակում ենք ծրագրեր Հայաստանն առավել ճանաչելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ հատկապես երիտասարդության համար, այսինքն՝ օգնենք, որ ճանաչեն հայրենիքը, եւ միգուցե հետագայում որոշում կայացնեն այստեղ շարունակել բնակությունը»,-եզրափակեց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:
