ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում վերանայումներ կկատարի: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ծրագրի նպատակն է ընտանեկան նպաստի համակարգից բացառել այն աշխատունակ անձանց, ովքեր թաքնված զբաղված են կամ ցանկություն չունեն զբաղվածության միջոցով իրենց ապրուստն ապահովել:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ գնահատման մեխանիզմները փոքր-ինչ բարդ են: Անապահովության համապատասխան աստիճան ընտանիքին կշնորհվի՝ յուրաքանչյուր ոչ աշխատունակ անձին տրվող միավորների հիման վրա:

«Եթե մենք խոսում ենք երեխայի կամ տարեցի մասին, ապա նրանք խնամքի կարիք ունեն: Առաջին կամ երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք հոգածության կարիք ունեն: Պետությունը միանշանակ պետք է իր ծրագրերն ուղղորդի դեպի սոցիալական այս խմբերը, բայց եթե մենք խոսում ենք աշխատունակ անձանց մասին, ովքեր որևէ կարգավիճակ չունեն, այդ թվում՝ գրանցված չեն որպես գործազուրկ, ապա այստեղ մենք շատ խիստ ենք վարվելու»,- ասաց Ասատրյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե քաղաքացին աշխատունակ տարիքի անձ է և աշխատանք չի փնտրում, առնվազն հաշվառված չէ պետական մարմնում որպես աշխատանք փնտրող, ապա միավորն իջեցվելու է, իսկ եթե պետությունը չի կարողանում տվյալ քաղաքացուն աշխատանքով ապահովել, ապա նրա միավորը կբարձրացվի:
