ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադիին։

Զրուցակիցները բարձր են գնահատել երկու երկրների միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում ձևավորված համագործակցությունը, քննարկել երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ ԻԻՀ դեսպանն արձանագրել է, որ ԻԻՀ Նախագահի՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցի ընթացքում երկու երկրների ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք են բերվել կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածություններ, որոնք համագործակցության նոր պատուհան են բացել։ Այս համատեքստում կարևորվել է դատաիրավական մարմինների միջև համագործակցության զարգացումը։

Կողմերը քննարկել են ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի՝ օրերս Թեհրան կատարած այցելության արդյունքները և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ այն էապես կնպաստի իրավասու մարմինների միջև փոխգործակցության արդյունավետությանը նպաստող նոր կառուցակարգերի մշակմանը։

Կարևորվել է այցի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի և ԻԻՀ վերահսկողության գլխավոր կազմակերպության միջև համատեղ գործողությունների ծրագիր ստորագրելու վերաբերյալ, որի շրջանակներում կկազմակերպվեն համատեղ քննարկումներ՝ քրեական գործերով միմյանց իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, անդրազգային հանցագործությունների, այդ թվում՝ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, կիբեր և կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, քննության առանձնահատկությունների վերաբերյալ, կիրականացվի փորձի փոխանակում։ Ծրագրի նախագիծն արդեն մշակվել է, և նախատեսվում է, որ այն ստորագրումից հետո քննարկումները կկազմակերպվեն նաև երկու երկրների սահմանամերձ շրջաններում, ինչը կնպաստի առավել ջերմ ու անմիջական հարաբերությունների հաստատմանը տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների միջև։

Ա.Հովսեփյանը Թեհրանում այցելել է նաև ԻԻՀ Մեջլիս, հանդիպումներ ունեցել դատաիրվական մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամների հետ, որի ժամանակ կարևորվել է երկու երկրների միջև քաղաքացիական և քրեական գործերով իրավական համագործակցության մասին ստորագրված միջպետական համաձայնագրի՝ օր առաջ վավերացումը ԻԻՀ Մեջլիսի կողմից։ Ա.Հովսեփյանն արձանագրել է, որ միջգերատեսչական փաստաթղթերի շրջանակներում երկու երկրների իրավասու մարմինների միջև ձևավորվել են համագործակցության լավ ավանդույթներ ու մեխանիզմներ, ինչին միջպետական համաձայնագրի վավերացումը կարող է էապես նոր որակ հաղորդել։

Դրական գնահատելով ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի այցի ընթացքում Թեհրանում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ կողմերը համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել աշխատանքային կարգով քննարկել դրանք գործնականում կիրառելու ընթացակարգերը։
