Երեւանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում 2015թ. հունիսի 15-ի լույս 16-ի գիշերը պայթյունի հետեւանքով 21-ամյա Գոռ Թումոյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը կասեցվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տրամադրած հաղորդագրության` 2015թ. հունիսի 16-ին «Թիվ 1 համալսարանական» հիվանդանոցից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի թիվ 60 շենքի բակից իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել երիտասարդ տղամարդու դի՝ դեմքին պատռած վերքերով:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տուժողը՝ 21-ամյա Գոռ Թումոյանը, կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել է Բաղրամյան 60 շենքի հարակից տարածքում գտնվող ավտոտնակի եւ այնտեղ կայանված «Նիսան Քաշքայ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի բռնկման արդյունքում առաջացած պայթյունի հետեւանքով։ Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով, մշակվել է քննչական պլան եւ իրականացվել մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ` պարզելու  դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում` ավտոմեքենայի բռնկման եւ տուժողի դեպքի վայրում լինելու պատճառը։

Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատահրդեհատեխնիկական, դատաբժշկական, դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատանյութագիտական, դատաքրեագիտական, դատաապրանքագիտական փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն:

Համաձայն փորձագետի թիվ 28921504 եզրակացության՝  հրդեհի առաջացման պատճառ են հանդիսացել բաց կրակի աղբյուրները՝ այրվող լուցկի, կրակայրիչ եւ այլն: Նավթամթերքի առկայության պարագայում, բաց կրակի աղբյուրն ընկնելով օջախային հատվածում առկա դյուրավառ նյութերով /նավթամթերքով/ ներծծված այրունակ մակերեւույթների վրա, բոցավառել է դրանք՝ առաջացնելով այրման առաջնային գոտի: Առաջացած բաց կրակը /բոցը/ օջախից այրունակ նյութերի միջոցով /սրահի նստատեղեր, պաստառներ եւ այլն/ տարածվել է տարբեր ուղղություններով՝ հիմնականում հետեւամասից առաջամաս ուղղությամբ:  Ըստ փորձագետների՝ հրդեհի օջախը գտնվել է ավտոմեքենայի հետնամասում։

Առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու համար մշակվել են մի շարք աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ողղությամբ ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ, հանձնարարություն տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան մարմիններին։  Որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավման ենթակա անձի ինքնությունը հայտնի չլինելու հիմքով քրեական գործով վարույթը կասեցվել է: Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մարմիններին հանձնարարվել է շարունակել համապատասխան միջոցառումների իրականացումը՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու՝ առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ մահացած երիտասարդի մայրը մեզ հետ զրույցում վստահեցրել էր, որ որդուն սպանել են վերջինիս հորեղբայրն ու հորեղբոր որդին: Մայրը հայտնել էր նաեւ, որ հիշյալ անձինք իրավապահ մարմիններին «փող են տվել ու գործը փակել»:
