Տոներից հետո Հայաստանի եւ Վրաստանի Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարությունների միջեւ հուշագիր կստորագրվի կրթության ոլորտում առկա ջավախահայության բարձրացրած խնդիրները լուծելու համար աշխատանքային խումբ ձեւավորելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը: Նա նշեց, որ Վրաստանի կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Ալեքսանդր Ջեջելավայի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ձեւավորել երկու երկրների երեք աշխատանքային խումբ՝ հանրակրթության, միջին  մասնագիտական եւ  բարձրագույն կրթության եւ գիտության:

«Հանրակրթության մեջ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք դասագրքերի խնդիրը կարգավորել եւ այդ գործընթացում մեր մասնագետներն իրենց ծրագրերով կմասնակցեն հայալեզու դասագրքերի ձեւավորմանը եւ բոլոր այն հիմնախնդիրները, որ ջավախահայությանը մտահոգում են, փորձելու ենք լուծում տալ: Ես զգացի որ, Վրաստանի նախարարը պատրաստակամ է եւ մեծ ցանկություն ունի դրանց լուծում տալու: Տոներից հետո կարծում եմ,որ կստորագրենք հուշագիրը»,-ասաց նա:

Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ Ջավախքի դպրոցներում հիմնականում կան մեթոդական խնդիրներ:

«Դպրոցներում կան մեթոդական խնդիրներ, այսինքն՝ թարգմանված դասագրքեր կան, որոնք առանց մեզ են թարգմանվում եւ  բավականին վատ որակի են, խնդիր է նաեւ, որ չկա մեր մասնակցությունը ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման գործընթացում, բացի այդ ուսուցման  բիլինգվատ  մեթոդ կա, երբ նույն առարկան մի մասը վրացերեն են անցնում, մյուս մասը՝ հայերեն, այդ մեթոդը կփորձենք ուղղել»,-ասաց նա։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացրել էր, որ ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը Վրաստան այցի ժամանակ Վրաստանի կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Ալեքսանդր Ջեջելավայի հետ քննարկել է Ջավախքի հայկական դպրոցներում առկա մի շարք խնդիրներ։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Վիրք» չգրանցված կուսակցության համանախագահ Դավիթ Ռստակյանը նշել էր, որ Ջավախքի հայկական դպրոցները հետզհետե վրացականացվում են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հայկական դպրոցների խնդիրներից լրջագույնը  հենց Ջավախքի հայկական դպրոցներում կրթության դասավանդման լեզուն վրացերենով իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ օրենքի ընդունումն է, նաեւ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման, տարբեր առարկաների դասավանդման մեթոդների, հայկական դասագրքերի ձեռքբերման, դպրոցների տարրական պայմանների ապահովման խնդիրներ։

Նշենք, որ Վրաստանի կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Ալեքսանդր Ջեջելավայի հրավերով ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը  2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 12-ից 14-ը մեկնել էր Վրաստանում:
