ԿԸՀ-ն սահմանեց ԱԺ ընտրություններին տեխնիկական սարքավորման սպասարկող մասնագետների ընտրության կարգը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն արտահերթ նիստում սահմանեց ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկող մասնագետների ընտրության, դիմումների ներկայացման, ուսուցման և մասնագիտական գիտելիքների ստուգման կարգը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ընդգծեց, որ որոշման նախագիծը իր մեջ ներառում է մի շարք սկզբունքային հարցեր, որոնք բխում են նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքից: 

«Գիտեք, որ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի պահանջով ընտրությունների ժամանակ քաղաքացիների գրանցման գործընթացը իրականացվելու է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով հատուկ տեխնիկական սարքավորումների միջոցով:

Այդ տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկելու համար պետք է լինի առանձին անձնակազմ, ովքեր կունենան համապատասխան մասնագիտական որակներ, կտիրապետեն հայերենին և կլինեն 18 տարին լրացած անձինք»,- նշեց Մուկուչյանը:

ԿԸՀ նախագահը մանրամասնեց, որ սահմանվելու է դիմումների էլեկտրոնային ձևաթուղթ, որի միջոցով ցանկացողները կկարողանան էլեկտրոնային եղանակով դիմել ԿԸՀ` տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկելու պարտականությունը ստանձնելու համար:

«Այնուհետև մենք որոշ բալային համակարգերով կընտրենք այն անձանց, ովքեր կհամապատասխանեն հիմնական պահանջներին, նրանց համար կանցկացվեն ուսուցողական դասընթացներ, թեստային հարցեր, որից հետո կլինի ստուգարք և քաղաքացիները կստանան մասնագիտական հավաստագրեր»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հավելեց, որ նրանց համար անցկացվելու են հատուկ դասընթացներ, որպեսզի կարողանան լիարժեք տիրապետել; տեխնիկական սարքավորումներին և պատշաճ կերպով իրականացնել իրենց աշխատանքը:

ԿԸՀ բոլոր անդամները միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեցին համապատասխան որոշման նախագծին:
