Արագածոտնի մարզում գտնվող Թուխմանուկի հանքավայրը շահագործող «Մեգո գոլդ» ընկերությունը դեկտեմբեր ամսին սնանկ է ճանաչվել Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վճռով:

Նշենք, որ Մելիքգյուղի բնակիչները տարիներով բողոքում էին հանքի շահագործման դեմ՝ պնդելով, որ դա ազդում է իրենց գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների վրա: Բացի դա հանքը տարիներով կուտակված աշխատավարձերի պարտք ուներ աշխատակիցներին ու համայնքին:

Թուխմանուկի նոր պոչամբարի նախագծի վերաբերյալ բնապահպանները բազմիցս դիմել են նախարարություն` բացասական կարծիք հայտնելու հորդորով:

Թուխմանուկի ոսկու հանքավայրի նախագծի վերաբերյալ «ԷկոԼուր» տեղեկատվական ՀԿ-ն ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարություն կարծիք է ուղարկել` նշելով, որ նախարարության «Բնապահպանական փորձաքննություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը պետք է մերժի «Մեգո-Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ ներկայացրած Թուխմանուկի ոսկու հանքավայրի (կենտրոնական տեղամաս) շահագործման նախագիծը:

Տեղեկացնելով, որ հանքավայրի տարածքը գտնվում է 9 բալանոց սեյսմիկ գոտում` հասարակական կազմակերպությունն ահազանգում է. «Բաց հանքի շահագործումը մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում տեղի ջրային աղբյուրների համար: Շրջանի գլխավոր ջրային երակը Քասախ գետն է, որը սնվում է բազմաքանակ ջրառատ վտակներից: Հանքավայրի կենտրոնական մասով հոսում է Գետիկ գետը, որը հարավ-արևմուտքում լցվում է Հալավարի ջրամբարը: Հանքավայրին մոտակա բնակավայրերը սնվում են Գետիկ գետից և Հալավարի ջրամբարից: Ըստ նախագծի՝ լցակույտը տեղադրված է բացահանքից մոտ 1.5 կմ հեռավորության վրա, Գետուկ գետի ձախ ափին: Բաց հանքի շահագործման և նոր պոչամբարի կառուցման արդյունքում այդ ջրերին սպառնում է աղտոտվածություն ծանր մետաղներով և տոքսիկ նյութերով: Նաև նշենք, որ ընկերությունը դեռ չի ռեկուլտիվացրել շահագործած երկու պոչամբարները, և անգամ շատ քիչ անձրևի դեպքում այդ պոչամբարի թունավոր պոչերը տարածվում են շրջակա միջավայրում, հողերի և ջրերի մեջ»:
