ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումների արդունքում բացահայտվել է «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի բանկոմատից կատարված հափշտակության փորձը։ Նշանակված փորձաքննությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի 4-րդ մասնաճյուղի բանկոմատից հափշտակության փորձ կատարվելու մասին հաղորդումն ստացվել էր 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ի վաղ առավոտյան. կառավարիչն ահազանգել էր, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի 56 հասցեում գտնվող «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի 4-րդ մասնաճյուղի  բանկոմատին ամրացված են գազի բալոն և այլ համակարգ:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և պարզել, որ բանկոմատի վրա գազի և ամիակի բալոններից միացված խողովակները էլեկտրական մարտկոցի միջոցով գործադրելով փորձ է կատարվել պայթյունի եղանակով բացել բանկոմատը, որտեղ առկա է եղել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար, սակայն առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի (անձանց) կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել:

 Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 34-185-րդհոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնարկվել մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են ռետինե խողովակներ և սպիտակ գույնի մալուխ, որոնք փաթաթված են եղել սև և թափանցիկ կպչուն ժապավեններով, սև գույնի խորանարդաձև մարտկոց, մետաղյա լինգեր, գազաբալոն, սրբիչ, սպորտային պայուսակ և պլաստմասե տարա, որի մեջ առկա է եղել յուրահատուկ բենզինանման նյութի հոտով հեղուկ և մի շարք այլ առարկաներ, որոնք, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, փաթեթավորվել են:

Հայտնաբերված առարկաներից վերցվել են անհրաժեշտ փորձանմուշներ և քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են մի շարք, այդ թվում՝ դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ։

Քրեական գործով փորձանմուշներ են վերցվել նաև մի քանի անձանցից և համեմատական մոլեկուլային գենետիկական փորձաքննության արդյունքում բավարար տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի (անձանցից մեկի) ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով 2017 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին ձերբակալվել է։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ կասկածյալն աշխատում է ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿՎ «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում՝ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժինը քրեական գործն ուղարկել է Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների դատախազություն՝ այն ըստ քննչական ենթակայության ուղարկելու համար:
