Առողջ մարմին եւ գեղեցիկ կառուցվածք ունենալու համար պետք է ճիշտ սնվել, ռեժիմով քնել, շուտ արթնանալ եւ զբաղվել սպորտով: Այս կարծիքին է մոդել Լիանա Թովմասյանը, որին., հատկապես, վերջին շրջանում հաճախ կարելի է տեսնել հայտնի հայ դիզայներների ցուցադրությոններին:

Գեղեցիկ կառուցվածքով աչքի ընկնող մոդելը NEWS.am STYLE-ի հետ կիսվեց առողջ եւ գեղեցիկ մարմին ունենալու իր գաղտնիքներով:

«Կտրականապես դեմ եմ դիետաներին եւ նիհարեցնող դեղամիջոցներին, քանի որ դրանք վերջնականապես չեն նիհարեցնում, այլ ավելի շատ օրգաններն են վնասում: Ինքս երբեք չեմ պահել դիետա»,-ասում է մոդելը` խորհուրդ տալով վաղ արթնանալ առավոտյան.

«Երկար քնելը վնաս է… ինչ վերաբերում է սննդակարգիս` հաճախ եմ թեյ խմում, օգտագործում եմ նաեւ չորացրած մրգեր: Առհասարակ, շատ եմ ուտում միրգ եւ բանջարեղեն: Դրանք օգտակար են թե օրգանիզմի, թե կառուցվածքի համար: Հաճախում եմ մարզասրահ, բայց կարծում եմ` եթե չհետեւեմ սննդակարգիս, մարզասրահ գնալը քիչ օգուտ կտա»:

Գեղեցիկ մաշկի եւ երիտասարդ երեւալու բանաձեւն ըստ մոդելի մարդու հոգեվիճակից է կախված.
