 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում անհայտ կորած համարվող 29-ամյա Հայկ Խաչատրյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2016 թվականի նոյեմեբերի 26-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել երիտասարդի մորից առ այն, որ որդին՝  1988 թվականին ծնված Հայկ Խաչատրյանը, 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին  դուրս է եկել իրենց բնակարանից և չի վերադարձել:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ երիտասարդին հայտնաբերելու համար։

Հայկ Խաչիկի Խաչատրյանն ունի 175-180 սմ հասակ, միջին կազմվածք, դեմքը՝ օվալաձև, նիհարավուն, մի փոքր ճաղատ գլուխ, ծնոտի աջ հատվածում սպի, ձեռքերի վրա շան կծածի հետևանքով առաջացած սպիներ։ Երիտասարդի հագին տվյալ օրը, հավանաբար, եղել է սև գույնի սպորտային համազգեստ, սև ձմեռային կոշիկներ: Կից ներկայացնում ենք երիտասարդի լուսանկարը։
