ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը հետազոտություններ կանցկացնի բենզալցակայաններում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հայկարամ Մխիթարյանի հանձնարարությամբ, նախարարության պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչությունը հետազոտություններ և ուսումնասիրություններ կիրականացնի կարգադրագրեր ստացած 100-ից ավել բենզալցակայաններում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, , հետազոտությունները կմեկնարկեն  Երևանում, այնուհետև՝ Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում:

2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի հանձնարարականով մեկնարկած հետազոտությունների արդյունքում կազմվել էին արձանագրություններ՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները չկատարելու կամ խախտելու վերաբերյալ, որոշ դեպքերում էլ՝ «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ապահովման պետական կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներին չհամապատասխանելու վերաբերյալ: Հրդեհային անվտանգության պահանջները խախտելու համար ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել էր 3 բենզալցակայանի շահագործում:

Որոշում էր կայացվել վարչական վարույթները կասեցնել մինչև 2017 թ. հունվարի 15-ը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ դրանք վերացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է որոշակի ժամանակ: Խախտումներ ունեցող օբյեկտները ստացել էին կարգադրագրեր՝ կոնկրետ նշված թերություններով, և դրանց տրվել էր վերջնաժամկետ՝ բացթողումները վերացնելու համար:

Բենզալցակայաններում արձանագրված հիմնական թերություններից էին. բենզալցակայանից մինչև հարակից շենքերի ու շինությունների միջև պահանջվող հակահրդեհային միջտարածությունները, արտաքին հրդեհաշիջումն ապահովված չէ ոչ պակաս 2 հրշեջ հիդրանտների կամ ոչ պակաս 100մ3 տարողությամբ հակահրդեհային ջրավազանի միջոցով, բենզալցակայանների սյունակները մայթերի կամ բանուկ մասերի եզրերին տեղադրելը, օբյեկտներն ապահովված չեն հրդեհաշիջման սկզբնական միջոցներով, էլեկտրատնտեսությունը մոնտաժված չէ էլեկտրական սարքավորումների տեղակայման կանոնների համաձայն և ա յլն:
