ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում հունվարի 17-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և ՊՆ կապիտալ շինարարության ու զորքերի բնակավորման վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանի աշխատանքային հանդիպումը երեք տասնյակից ավելի շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար ության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Զինված ուժերի համար անհրաժեշտ ապրանքների մատակարարման, աշխատանքների և ծառայությունների մատուցման գործընթացը այսուհետ ևս լինելու է բաց և թափանցիկ, դաշտը՝ ազատ, մրցութային ընթացակարգը՝ միայն օրենքի պահանջներին համապատասխան:

Այս հարցերի շրջանակում հունվարի 17-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում տեղի է ունեցել ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և ՊՆ կապիտալ շինարարության ու զորքերի բնակավորման վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանի աշխատանքային հանդիպումը երեք տասնյակից ավելի շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՊՆ կարիքների համար հայտարարվող մրցույթներին մասնակցելու կարգը, պայմանները, անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը, կազմակերպություններին հուզող և գործընթացին առնչվող այլ խնդիրներ:

Կոչ անելով ակտիվորեն մասնակցել առաջիկա մրցույթներին՝ ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հավաստիացրել է, որ ամբողջ գործընթացը գտնվում է պաշտպանության նախարարի խիստ հսկողության ներքո:

Ըստ այդմ՝ արվելու է ամենայն հնարավորը ազատ մրցակցային դաշտ ապահովելու և մրցույթների անցկացման վերաբերյալ հասարակության մեջ առկա թերահավտություններն ու թյուրըմբռնումները վերացնելու համար, որպեսզի մրցույթի յուրաքանչյուր մասնակից համոզված լինի, որ եթե ներկայացնում է որակյալ ապրանք, մրցունակ գին, ինչպես նաև համապատասխա ն փաստաթղթերի ճիշտ լրացված օրինակներ, ապա ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարող որակազրկվել:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հաձնարարականի համաձայն, առաջիկայում նմանօրինակ հանդիպումներ կազմակերպվելու են նաև զինված ուժերին ապրանքներ և ծառայություններ առաջարկող մյուս ոլորտների հնարավոր մատակարարների հետ»:
