Մեծաթիվ հարկ վճարողներ ոչ համարժեք են ընկալել ու մեկնաբանել սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ ՊԵԿ-ին ուղղված հանձնարարականը, որով պետք էր ստուգումներ իրականացնել բացառապես ռիսկային համարվող սուբյեկտներում, իսկ փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկություններին անդրադառնալ միայն ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում:

«ՊԵԿ-ն ահազանգում է, որ մեծաթիվ հարկ վճարողներ ոչ համարժեք են ընկալել ու մեկնաբանել մեր այս հանձնարարականը, մասնավորապես, առկա են հետևյալ բացասական երևույթները՝ իրացման շրջանառությունների և գների, աշխատողների թվաքանակի ու վարձատրությունների չափերի թերհայտարարագրում,առանց հաշվարկային փաստաթղթերի ապրանքների մատակարարում, ծախսերի ուռճացում, ՀԴՄ-ների շահագործման կանոնների խախտում», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, կառավարության նիստում ասաց վարչապետը՝ հարկ համարելով պարզաբանել, որ, այս պես կոչված, մեղմ վարչարարությունը կարող է և պետք է վերաբերվի բացառապես օրինապահ հարկ վճարողներին, իսկ հարկերից խուսափելու ցանկացած դրսևորում պետք է կանխվի:

«Այս կապակցությամբ ՊԵԿ-ին հանձնարարում եմ հսկողություն սահմանել վերը նշված երևույթների նկատմամբ՝ կիրառելով ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված գործիքակազմը, և յուրաքանչյուր եռամսյակ տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնել ՀՀ վարչապետի վերահսկողական ծառայությանը՝ արձանագրված խախտումների վերաբերյալ», - ասաց վարչապետը՝ հանձնարարելով պարբերաբար հրապարակել ինչպես օրինապահ, այնպես էլ խախտումներ թույլ տված հարկ վճարողների տվյալները:

«Այն հարկ վճարողներին, որոնք ՊԵԿ-ին առցանց հասանելի կդարձնեն իրենց հաշվապահական հաշվառման համակարգերը և կամավոր կուղղեն ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից արձանագրված անճշտությունները, չներառել տարեկան ստուգումների ծրագրում», - ընդգծեց գործադիրի ղեկավարը:
