Միյատովիչը պահանջել է Թուրքիայի իշխանություններից բացահայտել Դինքի սպանությունը

 Մամուլի ազատության հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Դունյա Միյատովիչը հորդորել է Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին ավելացվել ջանքերը պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության պատասխանատուներին հայտնաբերելու նպատակով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակից:

«Տարին տարվա հետևից մենք հիշում ենք Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության տարելիցը` հիշատակելով նրա քաջ խոսքերը փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների վերաբերյալ, հարգանքի տուրք ենք մատուցում խաղաղություն հաստատելու նրա բացառիկ ջանքերին: Սակայն մենք դա անում են` իմանալով, որ անգամ տասը տարի անց այս ողբերգության հետևում կանգնած անձինք դեռևս ազատության մեջ են: Ես հորդորում եմ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների ավելացնելու ջանքերը` ապահովելու արդարության հաստատումը և տանջալից տասը տարվանից հետո փակելու Հրանտ Դինքի ընկերներին ու ընտանիքին տանջող հարցերը: Իշխանությունները պետք է ավելի ազդեցիկ դարձնեն կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ուղերձը հասարակությանը, որ լրագրողների դեմ բռնություն կիրառած անձինք չեն կարող անպատիժ մնալ»,- նշել է Միյատովիչը:

Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում: 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման: 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալների ն պետք է առաջադրվեր «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
