Արցախյան հակամարտությունը սպառնում է Եվրոպայի անվտանգությանը, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ու Արցախը ապահովում են Եվրոպայի հարավ-արևելյան սահմանի անվտանգությունը: 

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Ազգային ժողովի «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանը։ 

«Ալիևը փորձելու է ասել, որ իր ձեռքում Õ § Եվրոպայի անվտանգությունը: Մենք էլ նոր ուղերձ պետք է ձևակերպենք՝ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը ապահովում են Եվրոպայի հարավ-արևելյան սահմանի անվտանգությունը: Չինարիի դեպքին հաջորդած պատժիչ գործողություններից հետո լսե՞լ եք, որ մի եվրոպացի պաշտոնյա մեզ ասի՝ ինչո՞ւ եք արել»,-նշեց Թեւան Պողոսյանը: 

Նրա կարծիքով, առաջնագծի իրավիճակի մասին լավագույն անդրադարձը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովինն է, որը բացատրեց Ադրբեջանին, որ արցախյան հիմնախնդիրն իր ներքին խնդիրը չէ և որևէ մեկը չի հանդուրժելու ռազմական լուծում, նույնիսկ չի կարող դա ընդունելի լինել միջազգային հանրության համար։

«Բայց մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ ճիշտ դիվանագիտության պարագայում գուցե և հայանպաստ շատ հայտարարություններ կգտնենք: Բայց միևնույնն է՝ կյանքն ու իրականությունը առաջնագծում է որոշվելու։

Հայտարարենք, թե ոչ, կամ քսան նախարար գեղեցիկ պրոհայկական տեսակետ հնչեցնեն, բարձրաձայնեն խնդիրներ, դրանով մեր անվտանգության խնդիրը չի լուծվելու։ Դրանից ո՛չ Չինարիում, ո՛չ Թալիշում և ո՛չ էլ Ասկերանում հանգիստ և ապահով չի լինելու։

Ամեն ինչ մի կողմ դնելով քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական մակարդակում, մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ 2017 թվականին պետք է զարկ տանք գիտությանը, ռազմական արդյունաբերությանը, ինչպես նաև բանակաշինությանը։ Դրան պատրաստ լինելով, պետք է մեր ռազմական ծախսերը միգուցե և վերանայվեն»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
